Negative they were late. I had to call to chase. Positive my house was a filled with builders dust everywhere. 3 cleaners arrived and cleaned the my ex building site back to a house to lay carpet. Yes very happy with the service and would recommend. Wish I had photos.

Hello Services did a fantastic job in my bungalow. The windows sparkle inside, there are no fingerprints anywhere and my lounge carpet looks new. Even my garage, which was full of cobwebs, is clean enough to eat in. I would totally recommend them. Lovely people, excellent workers.

Sardar has quickly transformed my room from dusty to sparkly clean! Had everything done including mattress cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, dusting, toilet cleaning. Everything was perfect. Thanks so much ☺️

Erik was superb! Polite and friendly, arrived on time and did a great job (5 star rating for him). The only reason for 4 star and not 5 overall is for the carpet cleaning machine which is not really sufficient for heavy traffic areas, although Erik did his best.

The cleaners Constantin and arrived in time and never stopped until the work was completed to the best of their ability. I would recommend a more upgraded carpet cleaner as I was hoping for a hot steam cleaner to penetrate areas or heavy foot traffic on the carpet. They never gave up until the look was more space saving. I can now access the office area to study My degree coursework at home. All rubbish accumulated was also kindly removed.

Constantine and Adriana did an amazing job cleaning. It was fast and they were very clean. Had a full house clean and and carpet clean and looks and smells great. Very friendly and gave great communication

Excellent service , I’ve used them twice recently and delighted with the results and the quality and professionalism of the service. Treated a particularly difficult 15 years stair carpet and it came up like new.

This is the second time I’ve used this service and it was excellent . They arrived on time and were very professional and the result was very pleasing as well. This carpet on the stairs has been there for 15 years and it looks new again .

Really good company . Came out and let themselves in to clean with minimum fuss as I couldn't get the day off work. Did a great job of the bedroom,bathroom and the carpet . My only criticism is you quoted to dust bedframe but when I checked underneath mattress it was still dusty . I also checked the skirting behind headboard and bedside cabinet and that had been missed too. However I'm not sure if under the mattress and behind the headboard is included. I would have pulled the mattress off and pulled the bed out if I had known so you could have got to it . Not to worry I ran the hoover behind it quick enough. Still very happy as it saved me a lot of hassle just before Christmas. Thank you

We had them out to clean carpets and furniture … arrived on time(actually early) explained what they were doing , wore shoe covers and brought in the equipment needed . The cleaner was honest and attentive. Cleaned up carefully prior to leaving Will certainly use them again

Sardar was absolutely fantastic, prompt, he took a very smelly sofa (cat urine which had aged for years) and made it new again. The smell has gone, we will use again for sure. Can't recommend enough.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. They had a very challenging clean of a very dirty property. It included carpet cleaning and curtain steaming. The outcome was that the property is now fit for habitation, it is clean, bathrooms are sparkling and kitchen including all appliances are like new. Thank you so much. Following a renovation project we booked an End of Builders clean including our upholstery steam cleaning. Very easy booking online and loved being able to specify areas for cleaning. Miroslav (LS12) arrived ahead of schedule and conducted a walk around and confirmation of cleaning to be done before starting. 3.5 hours later and WOW!! Could not have been happier with the results. The house smelled so clean, the upholstery was back to looking as good as new and the attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommended and a big thank you to Miroslav and his team for a superb service

The general cleaning was of a good standard The carpet "cleaning" was non existent. I cleaned more dirt off with vinegar and water and a clean cloth, Could not possibly recommend carpet cleaning service

Excellent service and very responsive. Contacted them on Tuesday and they came on Wednesday. Fair price for a deep clear and also the carpet. It is a plus that Vlasta and her colleagues are friendly and professional. They are experienced, can tell what happened to certain parts of the house. Highly recommended.
