The time slot I was given was 12 - 200pm, the cleaners arrived and started at 1230pm but did not finish until 730pm, which I was not expecting. Saying that the house was immaculate, not one part had been missed and although it took a lot longer than I expected it was worth it and worth every penny

I cannot recommend Cosmina and her team highly enough! They have done 5 to 6 deep cleans for me now, and I can say with absolute certainty that I will never use anyone else. They consistently go above and beyond. Their work ethic is absolutely unmatched—they are so hardworking, and every single time they visit, my home is left looking completely pristine and perfect. But what truly sets them apart is the energy they bring into your space. Cosmina and her team are so genuine, incredibly helpful, and exude such beautiful, good vibes. When they finish a clean, it’s not just that the space is physically spotless; the actual energetic vibe of my home feels amazing, clear, and totally uplifted. I booked a deep clean for my new house after it had been left in quite a state by the previous owner. The online booking process was easy and thorough in order to find out my specific needs for the appointment. The quote was immediate and itemised so I could see the break down of cost. On the day of the appointment, our cleaners unfortunately had a flat tire and so needed to arrive late, however their communication was excellent and everything was completed within a suitable time frame. Overall I was very pleased with the service, particularly the attention paid to cleaning the carpets.

Team Ezekiel did an end of tenancy clean. They were excellent. They were very efficient and my home was spotless.

We are over the moon with our one-off deep clean, the team (led by Mo, i think he said his name was!) turned up early and were done within 4 hours, we can't believe how much they got done in that time. They went absolutely above and beyond and cleaned inside cabinets/the fridge even though they were fairly full (we weren't expecting it!), took out our bins, cleaned the microwave - our oven also looks good as new. So impressed with the job and will definitely be using the service again!

Ingrid and her partner did an amazing job cleaning our bathrooms as well as our oven. Would definitely be requesting for them to return in the future. They were in time and the whole job was done so swiftly. They brought all the required cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies which was great as well.

Find the company online with some very good reviews so started to try out on my end of tenacy cleaning. Turn up way before what I expected which turn out it was very good. good cleaning thoughtout and I would highly recommend this company. the only downside was there was no parking, I don't have a driveway, so they told me I have to pay for the parking, but then with what I was paying for, I don't expected that as the parking was only £4.80 which clearly its a big sum for them. this isn't a complaint, maybe I was prepare for it.

Very good cleaning company. They focused on the really problematic areas of the house i.e kitchen oven and bathroom cupboards etc. I think perhaps due to that reason there were some other areas less focused on i.e bathroom mirror and 2 radiators but overall happy with the service.

Ingrid ls12 Fantastic service. They really went above and above and beyond. We had some nasty pet smells in our house and they got rid of all of them. Our windows were filthy and new they look brand new. Thanks again guys for all your help

Zach and Sami and their team did a great job in quite difficult circumstances (overrunning ongoing building works). I hope to hire them again once the rest of the work is finished!

Amazing cleaning work

Adriana & Constantine both did an amazing job, carried out a full house deep clean as we just moved in. Here from 08:00 to 16:00, and worked non stop to get everything done. Again, really happy with the service.

I was going to leave a 3 star score, but one of the cleaners (there were three of them), who appeared to be the boss, went above and beyond in the kitchen. One of the three was.. lets say a little rushed. I have lots of expensive technical devices and screens on my work desk, all of which, without exception were strewn about the desk with no effort to return them to 'roughly thier original location. I am disabled and it takes me a while to re-arrange such items, and upon moving them, the desk was not cleaned properly. But.. as a deep clean experience, only the lounge let them down so a solid 3.5 star and I would recommend Hello Services.

I ordered an end-of-tenancy cleaning from the company, initially because I didn't need to guess how much I'm going to pay. Their website was clear, with great pricing for different jobs and it was really helpful. They did not disappoint. The communication was great, Olu's team was quick and professional, I can only say good things about the whole experience. Unfortunately I don't have photos to add as we don't live there and handed the keys back to the agency, but they did an excellent job.

Booked last minute and 2 lovely ladies arrived the next morning, they did a great job and the kitchen looked like new. Will definitely use again

It was very easy to book a one-time deep cleaning with Hello Services. The service was good, and the cleaners who came were very nice and friendly. I would definitely use the service again. My only recommendation would be for the cleaners to have a better vacuum cleaner. As the house is carpeted, a vacuum with stronger suction would be needed to clean the carpets more thoroughly since the option chosen was for deep cleaning.

The guys did a brilliant job. Was very easy to book job. Great communication throughout. Very hard working and thorough workers. Paid great attention to detail. Definitely would hire again and I am passing on this companies details to my friends and family. Thanks again!

We had a team of two come round to complete an end of tenancy clean. They did a fantastic and thorough job, working around furnitures and the last few boxes and suitcases we had in the flat and being very considerate while I worked from home during the clean. Would definitely recommend the service!

We did an end of tenancy cleaning service with Hello cleaners last month at Camden. The team was very professional right from booking to completion. Dhaval and team did an excellent job, and the cleaning quality especially of carpets and wooden flooring was of a very high standard. Highly recommended!

I found Hello Service on line and what a find. The comprehensive services on the website are backed up by fantastic communications at every stage of the process with particular thanks to Sam and Martin. This includes from the initial enquiry, a seamless booking process, amazing quotation that met my exact needs, easy payment process and the little touches like reminding me that the deep clean of the property was to take place at the time and date I booked. On the day of the deep cleaners Hussain and Sumara provided a very professional service and they kept me informed of all they were undertaking during the course of the deep clean. I would have no hesitation recommending Hello Services. A top notch company.

A BIG shout out to Erik & Tina who cleaned my brother's flat for me today. They did an absolutely fantastic job. My brother has been ill recently and struggling to stay on top of his housework so a deep clean was required. Erik and Tina came along, worked really hard and completed in an afternoon what might have taken me at least 3 days to complete, plus they had industrial cleaning equipment to get the job done properly. My Bro comes out of hospital tomorrow and I know he will be blown away at what he sees. So thank you Erik & Tina and I will certainly book you again in the future. (BTW - I don't know how you did it but all the taps at every sink were sparkling)

I contacted Hello Services to do an emergency cleaning with one days notice. They found a sub contractor called Red-Gigi to perform the cleaning. They worked very well and I'm very happy with the result. 100% would recommend again

Great people, but better products are needed for top-tier results. ​I was thoroughly impressed by the personnel who came by. They were friendly, professional, and worked hard from start to finish. ​My only issue comes down to the equipment and consumables used for the cleaning. The products provided were not high standard enough to tackle heavy grease or mould easily, which extended the cleaning time well past the original estimate, some small details were left out a result, some of my key aspects (e.g. mouldy smell in bathroom) hasn't been fully solved, and a few cleaning marks were left (e.g. on kitchen worktop. ​The cleaners themselves deserve full credit for their effort, but the company really needs to invest in premium tools/products so their staff can deliver the higher-quality results they are clearly capable of.

Totally Amazing, and highly reccomend. Booked fairly last minute for daughters end of tenancy clean. From start to finish, booking process easy, great communication, friendly service, and Denise and Bogdan who did the cleaning were fantastic, really lovely people and results Amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, they were also caring and understanding. Price very good too. Without doubt would use again.
