Good communication from the service You know exactly what you are getting and the price On this occasion it went very wrong with cleaners not turning up and not informing me but I know that this doesn’t normally happen with this company

Nicoleta and George were amazing. They quickly understood what needed to be done and the order it needed to be done. It was a super hot day and they just got on with it. Excellent service.

The cleaners were very good, and the areas to be cleaned were cleaned exceptionally well. But the initial time slot was missed which was 9am and was rescheduled for 2pm but they were dropped off at 1.30pm. This did not cause me any problems as I’m retired and in all day.

The cleaners were very polite and hard working. The job was very well done. The only reason I dropped 2 points was the cleaning product used on the floors left them sticky. Other than that very happy. Thank you.
