“The cleaners turned up earlier than expected and waited for my arrival without any issues. They looked over the place and I left them to get on with the job. They were very helpful and cleaned to a high standard. 3 hours later the house looked like a show home. I was very impressed and happy with how my house looked and smelt and feel it was worth every penny. They were professional, kind and empathic. The two male cleaners were friendly and provided a professional and fantastic deep clean service. Outstanding result and the house looks pristine, the oven is so clean it looks brand new. Equally the fridge & freezer clean was also brilliant. They used my wood floor cleaner for my new wood floors which I really appreciated. The house looks so good and extremely happy & satisfied with the job they did. I have had health issues so the deep clean service was very helpful for me and my puppy. “A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”
