“I was initially quoted £135 to deep clean a studio flat. On the day, 2 cleaners arrived and one of them proceeded to take pictures and saying the place is in a state (isn’t that why a deep clean is requested)? They left the property and I received a call from the company saying due to the grime, etc, it would cost another £200! I felt I wasn’t in a position to argue as it was my recently deceased brother who lived there and I had to clear it, so I paid and they came back. Apart from the attitude of the picture-taker, I have gone back today to check and I cannot fault their cleaning. Everywhere was spotless and all appliances smear-free. They cleared out at least 20 plastic carrier bags, and other sundries so 4 stars they’ve got. I think they should offer an in-person quote so they can see the condition and give an accurate quote.”

She was prompt, arriving early, fully equipped with all she required to complete the job. She was really lovely, professional and worked meticulously and thoroughly. They both did a great job and asked me to check everything and addressed any things immediately ensuring that I was happy with the job before leaving and taking payment. They stuck to the agreed quote and did not add any additional costs as I have seen other companies do. The company kept me updated and responded to any queries in a reasonable time frame. “Having moved into our first home together as a couple, i was disgusted with the state of the house left by the previous owner. As much as I tried, the cleaning was too much. I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. I told them about the house and the state the kitchen was left in by the previous owner. I could not great them on the day they arrived due to work so my husband met them at the house and they did an excellent job. At last I can enjoy my home. Hello Services Ltd staff gave my house the deep clean I requested and exceeded my expectation. The house smells so much better especially the kitchen as it previously had a wet dog stench left by the previous owner. “We are over the moon with our one-off deep clean, the team (led by Mo, i think he said his name was!) turned up early and were done within 4 hours, we can't believe how much they got done in that time. They went absolutely above and beyond and cleaned inside cabinets/the fridge even though they were fairly full (we weren't expecting it!), took out our bins, cleaned the microwave - our oven also looks good as new. So impressed with the job and will definitely be using the service again!”

“A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”

“Really easy & straight forward website to get services booked in, with lots of choice for all cleaning required. Good communication from the customer services team. The two male cleaners were friendly and provided a professional and fantastic deep clean service. Outstanding result and the house looks pristine, the oven is so clean it looks brand new. Equally the fridge & freezer clean was also brilliant. They used my wood floor cleaner for my new wood floors which I really appreciated. The house looks so good and extremely happy & satisfied with the job they did. I have had health issues so the deep clean service was very helpful for me and my puppy. I would highly recommend this team for deep cleaning services, excellent value for money. Definitely a 5 star service, just absolutely brilliant as the house looks like a million dollars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Really kind and friendly; asked if they could come early bc they finished job beforehand early which was a nice surprise; great job deep cleaning the couch - wow! And getting hard mildew off the shower door, bathroom counter, and kitchen tiles. I was so impressed with their cleaning work and they were so friendly throughout. “Excellent service. I had a deep clean and the price quoted was very reasonable for a very large 5 bed house with a large basement. Due to a leak we had to do a deep clean. The team that came were very polite, cheerful and worked very hard. So a big thank you to them and appreciate all the hard work they did and was very happy with their work. “Yambas team was excellent, arrived on time and assessed the house for a deep clean, they stayed 9 and a half hours and did not charge any more for it. The house was in a bad state but by the time the team finished it was so much better, they dealt with bad blood stains on the carpet and kitchen floor with professionalism. Some small things were left but that is because they focused down on the big things and kept going until they were done. Would recommend.”

“Very pleased with the deep clean Hello Services provided for my new home. Once they got started they were quick and efficient and left the place looking and smelling fresh.
