Deep Cleaning in Wednesbury

“I booked for a house deep cleaning job with Hello. They called on the day to say the cleaner was ill. Postponed to 3 days later, no one turned up and when I called, it seemed the cleaner was still ill. I was starting to get really annoyed and thought I would be doing a very bad review. But after the job was done, I cannot but give full 5 stars for the team which did it. Constantin, his wife Adriana and their team did a marvellous job! So if you live in West Midlands and this team (from Oldbury) is assigned to your job, I am sure will get your money's worth... or even more. Totally recommended!”

“Really easy & straight forward website to get services booked in, with lots of choice for all cleaning required. Good communication from the customer services team. The two male cleaners were friendly and provided a professional and fantastic deep clean service. Outstanding result and the house looks pristine, the oven is so clean it looks brand new. Equally the fridge & freezer clean was also brilliant. They used my wood floor cleaner for my new wood floors which I really appreciated. The house looks so good and extremely happy & satisfied with the job they did. I have had health issues so the deep clean service was very helpful for me and my puppy. I would highly recommend this team for deep cleaning services, excellent value for money. Definitely a 5 star service, just absolutely brilliant as the house looks like a million dollars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I booked a deep clean and added a few other services to it - carpet cleaning, sofa cleaning, blinds, oven, hob and extractor fan cleaning. Adriana came on time and got started straight away. Her colleague joined her slightly afterwards and got stuck in too. They were both so thorough and did an amazing job! So happy with the clean and would definitely book again!”

“Booked a deep clean and carpet shampoo for our new house, online booking was easy and we could add individual cleaning elements. Had booking confirmation through and WhatsApp correspondence with my cleaner Ahmad the night before and was able to add on cleaning components which we needed after discovering the state the house was left in (including appliances). Ahmad and his colleague were able to come earlier than our booked slot and stayed for 10 hours cleaning, not leaving until everything was spotless and gave us a text when they were nearly finished. The team were professional and we are really pleased with the end result, best money we ever spent.”

“Was very easy to book. Made a last minute booking for a deep clean and the cleaners arrived prompt and were very friendly. They did a great job and I’m happy with how much better my house looks. The price was higher than I would’ve liked to pay really and I don’t think they needed the 5 hours booked but still happy with what they did”

“Excellent service! Andi and Alina turned up promptly and did a fantastic job deep cleaning our new home which had been left in a state by the previous occupiers. I went out and left them to it and, when I got back 3 hours later, it was like a different house - all the pet smells and dirt gone! Would recommend.”

“I have booked a deep clean to my apartment as a good summer clean. Hello Services were very quick in providing me available dates and details about the service. The team was very professional and the apartment was sparkling after the cleaning. Amy and the team members were very polite and respectful of the property. All areas of the apartment were really well cleaned and I am very happy with the service provided.”

“Excellent deep cleaning service from Amar and Yusuf. Arrived on time at very short notice and performed a thorough clean of our new house after was left very grimey and uncared for. Did brilliantly with all appliances, blinds, and bathrooms. Carpets are almost a brand new colour. They worked all day through it and were extremely friendly before and after the cleaning. Extremely satisfied.”
