How booking works
Talk to us privately
Call 020 8124 1823 about clutter, rooms and access. If comfortable, email photos or video to info@helloservices.co.uk, excluding personal documents and other people. We listen without judgement.

Benefits of a considerate hoarder clean-up
Reclaim usable space without pressure to discard valued belongings.
Reclaim usable rooms
Agreed sorting restores access to beds, seating and kitchen surfaces.
Clearer access
Fewer obstacles improve movement; serious fire risks need fire-service advice.
Reach covered surfaces
Decluttering exposes floors and fittings for intensive cleaning, rather than cleaning around piles.
Keep control
Keep-and-review categories protect possessions. Booked reorganisation supports daily use; it does not replace mental health care.

“Efficient, friendly and personalised service. Very friendly and trustworthy, experienced staff who took care and time to discuss my needs and to get everything just right. Very easy to book the job online and tailor it to my requirements. Would definitely recommend.”

Thank you!
“My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.”

“I had a one off deep clean in South Wales. I am renting my house and needed it before the tenants moved in. 2 women came to clear the property, they were friendly, informative and lovey. They did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. Would recommend and use again.”
- ★★★★★Verified customer
“Amazing service, they worked 5hrs straight and got the job done professionally. The only reason why I give a 9 is due to the cost but no doubt they have done an excellent job. Thank you Mike :)”
- ★★★★★Trustpilot
Hannah and Charlotte were amazing
“Hannah and Charlotte were amazing! They gave my elderly mum’s house a deep clean. Polite and very pleasant, they both worked so hard for 4 hours, would not stop for a drink or chat and left the house so very clean. Nothing was too much trouble. Where I was apologising for the state of this and that, they said that I wasn’t to worry and that they would deal with it. And they did! I am so glad that I engaged Hello Services and that I got these two girls allocated to clean for me. If you live in the Swansea area and need the services of professional cleaners, use Hello Services. Hopefully, Hannah and Charlotte will come to you too.”
- ★★★★★Verified customer
“Hannah and her sister did a brilliant job - really thorough. They worked quickly and unobtrusively- everything sparkles.”

Hoarder Cleaning in Mold: local guide
Mold includes period townhouses near the centre, post-war semis and newer family estates. Central parking becomes busy on market days, so discuss unloading access and a separate place for possessions you are keeping.
Account for central parking
When arranging cluttered home cleaning in a central townhouse, explain where a vehicle can stop legally and how belongings will move through the entrance. Market-day parking makes this worth discussing explicitly. For a family home, decluttering help can instead prioritise keeping everyday belongings accessible while other rooms are sorted.
Distinguish furniture from mixed waste
Before a hoarding clean-up, distinguish retained furniture from proposed removals. Flintshire’s accepted bulky items include wardrobes only when dismantled; listed bin bags must not contain food waste or recyclables. Furniture clearance is not permission to bundle everything together. Put uncertain items aside for discussion, rather than treating them as rubbish.
Prepare a personal recycling visit
The council lists Nercwys, Mold on its household recycling page. For your own household waste, check booking and vehicle conditions before loading. Recycling sorting should keep materials separate. Contractor waste is excluded, so assessed removals from our work need an appropriate route outside these household facilities.

What should I mention about parking?
Tell your hoarder cleaners about market-day parking pressure, any restrictions and the actual entrance you use, particularly when your Mold home is centrally located.
Can important paperwork stay in place?
Yes. For discreet cleaning, identify paperwork and keepsakes to retain, then agree a protected location that does not obstruct access to the working rooms.
Will the council take extra furniture?
Only pre-booked items are collected under Flintshire’s bulky waste conditions. Update your council arrangements rather than adding unlisted furniture to the collection pile.
Can upholstered items wait uncovered outside?
The council’s furniture guidance says to cover upholstered furnishings; excessively wet items may be refused. Plan protected storage separately from your intensive cleaning area.
Can I use a borrowed van?
Check Flintshire’s vehicle restrictions first: vans, pick-ups, trailers or larger vehicles may need permits or be refused. Do not load before confirming your arrangements.
Can we focus on family living areas?
Room-by-room cleaning can prioritise agreed living spaces while bedrooms remain excluded. Practical household support follows your choices; it does not provide mental health treatment.
