After Builders Cleaning in Cyncoed, Penylan & Pentwyn

“My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.”

“We are over the moon with our one-off deep clean, the team (led by Mo, i think he said his name was!) turned up early and were done within 4 hours, we can't believe how much they got done in that time. They went absolutely above and beyond and cleaned inside cabinets/the fridge even though they were fairly full (we weren't expecting it!), took out our bins, cleaned the microwave - our oven also looks good as new. So impressed with the job and will definitely be using the service again!”

“The team, consisting of Nicole, Mariusz and Violeta, evinced exceptional efficiency, professionalism, speed and friendliness. We are delighted with the outcome of their comprehensive deep-cleaning performance and have decided to have Hello Services provide staff for our regular domestic cleaning on a fixed basis from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!”

“I needed a deep clean immediately on my mother’s bungalow and found Hello Services on Google Search. The service was amazing and I cannot fault it. I requested an appointment online and they gave me a complete price breakdown for the jobs I wanted done. When I received the Invoice it was easy to request to add jobs or remove jobs and then Hello Services sent me another detailed invoice with amendments and price breakdown. The lovely cleaners arrived and did the most fabulous job which was above and beyond my expectations. Payment was also straightforward, offering payment by bank transfer of the option to pay the cleaners cash on the day which is the option I went for. I would definitely use Hello Services again. Many Thanks Tina”
