“My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.”

“I needed a deep clean immediately on my mother’s bungalow and found Hello Services on Google Search. The service was amazing and I cannot fault it. I requested an appointment online and they gave me a complete price breakdown for the jobs I wanted done. When I received the Invoice it was easy to request to add jobs or remove jobs and then Hello Services sent me another detailed invoice with amendments and price breakdown. The lovely cleaners arrived and did the most fabulous job which was above and beyond my expectations. Payment was also straightforward, offering payment by bank transfer of the option to pay the cleaners cash on the day which is the option I went for. I would definitely use Hello Services again. “I booked the one off deep cleaning service with Hello Services and I’m very satisfied with how it turned out. My shower was full of limescale and after the cleaning it was as good as new, as seen in the before and after pictures. All the faucets and metal surfaces were shining. I also had some of my appliances cleaned including the microwave and oven. The attention to detail was incredible. Every corner of my house was squeaky clean. “Excellent deep cleaning service from Amar and Yusuf. Arrived on time at very short notice and performed a thorough clean of our new house after was left very grimey and uncared for. Did brilliantly with all appliances, blinds, and bathrooms. Carpets are almost a brand new colour. They worked all day through it and were extremely friendly before and after the cleaning.
