The previous owner had left the apartment in an excellent state and I was doubting whether I should cancel. Both worked extremely hard. They were thorough and meticulous. Speedy without being rushed. They were practised and accomplished. They had a system an literally swept through every room. Cleaning carpets and services. The end product was an immaculately clean home. I would absolutely use them again and can thoroughly recommend them for anyone moving home both in or out. Or just to freshen up the home”

“A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”
