“I asked Hello Services for a deep clean of the carpets of a house in London we were moving into. Loqman and his colleague arrived on time and were incredibly fast in firstly hoovering all to be worked on and then deep cleaning a total of seven sets of carpets across our first and second floors including carpeted stairs. After this, they hoovered under the cupboards and behind the washing machine, tumble dryer and areas of the kitchen that even the previous owners, then following tenants had never cleaned! They spent a good 45 minutes on this alone and charged nothing additionally, but worked diligently throughout and left a great impression on our new home. Had booking confirmation through and WhatsApp correspondence with my cleaner Ahmad the night before and was able to add on cleaning components which we needed after discovering the state the house was left in (including appliances).
