“I asked Hello Services for a deep clean of the carpets of a house in London we were moving into. Loqman and his colleague arrived on time and were incredibly fast in firstly hoovering all to be worked on and then deep cleaning a total of seven sets of carpets across our first and second floors including carpeted stairs. After this, they hoovered under the cupboards and behind the washing machine, tumble dryer and areas of the kitchen that even the previous owners, then following tenants had never cleaned! They spent a good 45 minutes on this alone and charged nothing additionally, but worked diligently throughout and left a great impression on our new home. “A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”
