Deep Cleaning in Rotherhithe

“This is my first experience and it has been great from booking the service for deep cleaning to the end when the cleaners left my house. The process was easy. Nicole and Marius were punctual, reliable and did a very good job cleaning my house. They take great care to look after my items and gadgets when cleaning so it was very assuring. I will definitely use them again in the future!”

“I hired hello services for a deep house cleaning. The crew MIA and Dimitri arrived on time, asked to see the house, asked if there is anything I would like to mention to them, they started on time. Overall they were very thorough, took their time to make sure that everything was clean as needed. First time I had such a clean house and I have hired many companies in the past. Great service will hire them again! Thank you”

“Excellent customer service from initial telephone enquiry to the clarity and transparency of the online quoting system to fine tuning of the quote due to our individual circumstances, to booking of the cleaning job within 24 hours, and last but not least a genuinely thorough and professional deep clean of the premises. Faultless from start to finish”

“Anna and her team were absolutely fantastic. They we’re extremely polite and professional and cleaned the entire house from top to bottom leaving everything spotless. I would like to say a massive thank you to these lovely ladies - they were so hard working and efficient and such a delight to have! I will most definitely be using Anna and her team again! Thank you xx”

“I had requested for a long list of cleaning services as part of a deep clean for the entire home. The day before I was told that there was no team available but Michael pushed to find a team for me. The team that arrived on the day did a really good job considering it was just two of them for the whole house. Thank you so much!”

“A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”

“I booked a deep cleaning service and at the end the cleaner did a good job! I think a lot of the stress and back and forth could have been avoided if the cleaner got the correct job description for the first time, this is something the company could improve on, but I appreciate the effort of sending him back 3 times and finishing the service promised.”

“I booked a deep clean at short notice after the house we moved into was filthy, the next day Bianca and her team arrived and they were absolutely fantastic, punctual and professional, the results they achieved were quite amazing, I honestly can't recommend them enough, I would 100% use this service again”
