They were courteous, polite, very professional treated us and our bungalow and contents with the greatest respect. Had booking confirmation through and WhatsApp correspondence with my cleaner Ahmad the night before and was able to add on cleaning components which we needed after discovering the state the house was left in (including appliances). Ahmad and his colleague were able to come earlier than our booked slot and stayed for 10 hours cleaning, not leaving until everything was spotless and gave us a text when they were nearly finished. The team were professional and we are really pleased with the end result, best money we ever spent.”

My only recommendation would be for the cleaners to have a better vacuum cleaner. As the house is carpeted, a vacuum with stronger suction would be needed to clean the carpets more thoroughly since the option chosen was for deep cleaning.”
