“Two-man team for 10 hours, very good result. Thorough clean, a bit rough in approach but good result. Left some cleaning utensils behind, not a major issue but lacking "final touch". Only major negative: carpets were machine-washed with the result the that they are clean but left smelling rather unappetisingly. Next time, use a different carpet shampoo?”
