Everything was arranged via email, all the jobs I wanted doing were logged and returned to me within hours. I booked a date and time and made payment by Bank Transfer the day before. A team of employees arrived on time and quickly got to work. They were friendly, professional and very thorough with the cleaning. They had brought their own products and cleaning equipment. On returning to the flat I was very impressed, the main bedroom was cleaned to high standards and ready to have the new bed due to be delivered on Friday. The bathroom was outstanding and cleaned superbly. I had to leave but feedback from my daughter was overall excellent for the rest of her flat. A grand job .”

My only recommendation would be for the cleaners to have a better vacuum cleaner. As the house is carpeted, a vacuum with stronger suction would be needed to clean the carpets more thoroughly since the option chosen was for deep cleaning.”
