Carpet Cleaning in Tunbridge Wells

“Delighted with the service from the initial booking process to the actual job. Exceeded expectations! Thorough, attention to detail and what I consider to be excellent value for money. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the firm and specifically Justina again.”

“We had Justina and Derek to do a one-off clean of our home (3 bed semi on 3 floors). They did an amazing job and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend them / Hello Services Ltd to anyone needing a reliable, thorough, extremely hard working couple to clean a home (we are moving and so it has been rather neglected these last few weeks!). Thank you again 10/10. S&B”

“Justina and her partner did a great job, and was grateful they could arrive at short notice following the non-attendance by earlier team due to vehicle breakdown.”

“I have just had two cleaners in to clean my son's flat which had got into a disgusting state. Justina and her colleague have completely transformed the flat. They have done an amazing job, all areas were cleaned to an exceptionally high standard, far beyond what I hoped for. What a fantastic team! Everyone I dealt with at Hello Services has been helpful, polite and highly professional. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.”

“I have had my house & carpets cleaned recently in Kent by Justyna & Darek. They were both polite, lovely and made the whole experience very easy. My house looks absolutely amazing, they were so thorough and I couldn’t find a fault if I tried. Booking the job and receiving the quote was very easy! Couldn’t be happier !”

“Thanks to Sardar, the shower door is now see through! All the floors and kitchen is shiny. The toilet looks almost brand new!”

Helen · September 2026

“Genuinely blown away by the high standard of the end of tenancy clean. Given the price, I thought I would be sacrificing a certain level of quality, but wow, Sardar was incredible. Arrived on time with great communication, got to work immediately, and even though the kitchen was a much bigger job than you would expect (cupboards with caked on filth), they brought everything back to basically brand new. It looks better than when we moved in. I feel like I should have given them an extra £100 for doing such a good job, that's how good it was. Don't be fooled by the cheaper price or bad reviews, Sardar is the man you want!”

“Sardar and his brother arrived early and inspected the property identifying all the areas needing a clean post a 6 month build. They worked diligently and thoroughly cleaned all the areas, inside and out, even working around some places that had building obstacles. The place is spotless and I’m thrilled to get my home back. He checked in with me that I was happy, asking me to inspect all their work. Very polite and will certainly consider using again.”
