Carpet Cleaning in Folkestone

“I have had my house & carpets cleaned recently in Kent by Justyna & Darek. They were both polite, lovely and made the whole experience very easy. My house looks absolutely amazing, they were so thorough and I couldn’t find a fault if I tried. Booking the job and receiving the quote was very easy! Couldn’t be happier !”

“I recently used Hello Services for a full carpet clean throughout my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I contacted them, their communication was clear, friendly, and professional. They arrived on time, fully equipped, and explained the entire process before starting. The team worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. Stains I thought would never come out—including pet marks and old coffee spills—were completely removed. The carpets now look and smell fresh, almost like new again! What really impressed me was how quickly everything dried. There was minimal disruption to my day, and the service was well worth the price. I’d highly recommend Hellow services to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality carpet cleaning. Will definitely use them again in the future.”

“Overall quite clean, done lots of work on mattresses and carpets. Carpets remained quite dirty, which is likely to do with the carpets, rather than cleaning. Mattresses became much cleaner. Though some areas were not cleaned - e.g. on top of kitchen counters. I have cleaned myself after. originally I booked for before I move the furniture in, but they cancelled on the day.”

“Rasaq + 1 cleaned my 2 bed property yesterday. They arrived with everything they could possibly need to carry out the job and worked efficiently until the job was completed. They listened to me regarding areas that needed a lot of attention and checked back with me to make sure I was happy with their work and took years of dirt and grime out of the carpets. The house now feels clean and fresh again. Thank you.”

“Great service! I thought I booked both carpet and upholstery cleaning but it turned out they only had me down for carpet, still they managed to updated my quote and accommodate me. Both Mohammad and Hannah were thorough with the cleaning and very considerate of the fact that I was working in the other room. They did come quite a bit earlier than agreed which could've been an issue, but I was working from home and it turned out way better this way timing wise. 10/10 recommended!”
