I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. I told them about the house and the state the kitchen was left in by the previous owner. I could not great them on the day they arrived due to work so my husband met them at the house and they did an excellent job. At last I can enjoy my home. Hello Services Ltd staff gave my house the deep clean I requested and exceeded my expectation. The house smells so much better especially the kitchen as it previously had a wet dog stench left by the previous owner. Had booking confirmation through and WhatsApp correspondence with my cleaner Ahmad the night before and was able to add on cleaning components which we needed after discovering the state the house was left in (including appliances). We had the house (3 bed 2 bath) deep clean. They took about 6 hrs and left the house clean. They walked us around the house at the end to check if we’re happy with it and everything was cleaned properly.
