“Having moved into our first home together as a couple, i was disgusted with the state of the house left by the previous owner. As much as I tried, the cleaning was too much. I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. Once used it is possible to request the same group of cleaners if one was happy first time round. I would request the same three cleaners again who did a deep clean for me recently after some heavy building work. However, one star was knocked off as some high ledges had been not cleaned, still thick with builder’s dust. Overall, what was cleaned was cleaned extremely well.”
