Deep Cleaning in Whitchurch

“Booked a deep clean and carpet shampoo for our new house, online booking was easy and we could add individual cleaning elements. Had booking confirmation through and WhatsApp correspondence with my cleaner Ahmad the night before and was able to add on cleaning components which we needed after discovering the state the house was left in (including appliances). Ahmad and his colleague were able to come earlier than our booked slot and stayed for 10 hours cleaning, not leaving until everything was spotless and gave us a text when they were nearly finished. The team were professional and we are really pleased with the end result, best money we ever spent.”

“Booked a deep clean of kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet as my mother was moving into a care home. Expected the usual spray, wipe and brush but was totally unprepared for the excellent attention to detail, thorough cleaning and even degrease of high tiles behind the top greasy kitchen units.Extra areas also given attention and cupboards and drawers all dusted. The 3 men worked tirelessly for nearly 4 hours and the result was amazing- I have no problems recommending them to anyone wanting a 1st class service- sounds a bit trite and rehearsed but absolutely true!”

“Really pleased with the service and results. We had a deep clean throughout ( - the photos don’t do it justice), including having the lounge carpet shampooed and oven cleaned. Everything looked immaculate after Konstantin and Mariana had finished. I had my reservations after seeing some negative reviews but our experience was excellent. They worked non-stop and couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging. Thank you!”

“I would highly recommend Hello Services for their deep cleaning services. They were very prompt at booking us in at short notice and compared to other cleaning services offered very good value for money. Jay and his co-worker from Hello Services were really excellent. They were professional, courteous, very hard working and cleaned every single surface to a very high standard. The property looked spotless by the end!”

“Excellent customer service from initial telephone enquiry to the clarity and transparency of the online quoting system to fine tuning of the quote due to our individual circumstances, to booking of the cleaning job within 24 hours, and last but not least a genuinely thorough and professional deep clean of the premises. Faultless from start to finish”

“Booked the team for a one off deep clean. I could specify exactly what I wanted done in each room and receive a clear quote, which I could tailor easily. Once confirmed I found the payment and booking process straightforward. Izabela was my main contact, there was clear communication throughout and the team did a brilliant job, exactly what I was after. They brought all their equipment and worked very efficiently.”
