“I booked the team for a deep clean of my house and the team did a really good job. I was particularly impressed with the oven clean and the attention to detail with the tile clean in the kitchen and bathroom. All in all the experience was good and the guys were here for almost 5 hours. The only slight negative, although it was communicated a few days before, the team had to come a little later than planned as they had another job over running. However, all in all the job was conducted to a good standard and the team were polite and had great communication.”

Their cleaners arrived on time, and Sardar and his colleague did an excellent job, especially considering how dirty and cluttered the flat was. Before starting, they thoroughly assessed the property and clearly explained what could and couldn’t be cleaned. For example, they pointed out that some stains on the walls couldn’t be washed without removing the paint, as it wasn’t washable paint, and that certain areas with wallpaper required careful handling. I appreciated their honesty and professional observations, and I agreed to the work as advised. They completed the job to a high standard. The quote was also very reasonable—just under £300, whereas some other companies quoted over £3,000. Overall, I’m very pleased with their service!”

“We arranged a deep clean of the house. The overall experience has been excellent from obtaining the quote, booking the appointment through to getting the job done. The communications have been very good from Home Services . Our deep cleaning team was Briar and Rebwar. They let us know when they would arrive, they were very pleasant and polite, they checked the job requirements with us and then just started and we were able to leave them to it. “The cleaners were friendly and professional. I had to chase up ETA. They did a good job, later than expected But a light fitting in kitchen was left greasy and dusty. Another team returned the following day. Paid for carpet cleaning included initially in quote at room price then full price for deep clean the following day. Wasn't vacuumed again. Advised 3 hours for carpets to dry. But still wet 3 days later”

She was prompt, arriving early, fully equipped with all she required to complete the job. She was really lovely, professional and worked meticulously and thoroughly. They both did a great job and asked me to check everything and addressed any things immediately ensuring that I was happy with the job before leaving and taking payment. “I was initially quoted £135 to deep clean a studio flat. On the day, 2 cleaners arrived and one of them proceeded to take pictures and saying the place is in a state (isn’t that why a deep clean is requested)? They left the property and I received a call from the company saying due to the grime, etc, it would cost another £200! I felt I wasn’t in a position to argue as it was my recently deceased brother who lived there and I had to clear it, so I paid and they came back. Apart from the attitude of the picture-taker, I have gone back today to check and I cannot fault their cleaning. Everywhere was spotless and all appliances smear-free. They cleared out at least 20 plastic carrier bags, and other sundries so 4 stars they’ve got. I think they should offer an in-person quote so they can see the condition and give an accurate quote.”

“Having moved into our first home together as a couple, i was disgusted with the state of the house left by the previous owner. As much as I tried, the cleaning was too much. I googled and found 'Hello Services Ltd'. Customer Service was excellent, I was kept informed and their website was excellent and easy to navigate. I told them about the house and the state the kitchen was left in by the previous owner. I could not great them on the day they arrived due to work so my husband met them at the house and they did an excellent job. At last I can enjoy my home. “We are over the moon with our one-off deep clean, the team (led by Mo, i think he said his name was!) turned up early and were done within 4 hours, we can't believe how much they got done in that time. They went absolutely above and beyond and cleaned inside cabinets/the fridge even though they were fairly full (we weren't expecting it!), took out our bins, cleaned the microwave - our oven also looks good as new. So impressed with the job and will definitely be using the service again!”

“A lovely team who worked well together. Friendly and professional. I’ve yet to closely inspect the finished work as I’m waiting for the carpets to dry fully. They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”

The two male cleaners were friendly and provided a professional and fantastic deep clean service. Outstanding result and the house looks pristine, the oven is so clean it looks brand new. Equally the fridge & freezer clean was also brilliant. They used my wood floor cleaner for my new wood floors which I really appreciated. The house looks so good and extremely happy & satisfied with the job they did. I have had health issues so the deep clean service was very helpful for me and my puppy.
