“I booked the team for a deep clean of my house and the team did a really good job. I was particularly impressed with the oven clean and the attention to detail with the tile clean in the kitchen and bathroom. All in all the experience was good and the guys were here for almost 5 hours. The only slight negative, although it was communicated a few days before, the team had to come a little later than planned as they had another job over running. However, all in all the job was conducted to a good standard and the team were polite and had great communication.”

“My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.”

Every surface and cupboard cleaned, 2 caprets deep cleaned, scrubbed every nook and cranny, the women worked so hard. Would not hesitate to recommend and use them again. “It was very easy to book a one-time deep cleaning with Hello Services. The service was good, and the cleaners who came were very nice and friendly. I would definitely use the service again. My only recommendation would be for the cleaners to have a better vacuum cleaner. As the house is carpeted, a vacuum with stronger suction would be needed to clean the carpets more thoroughly since the option chosen was for deep cleaning.”

“Exceptional Service. Booked Hello Services to deep clean both our Bathrooms as they had years of grime, limescale, soap scum and discoloured grout on them. Despite the fact that we clean them weekly they just seemed to build up again very quickly and it was alot of effort to get them looking OK every week. Hello Services came in and within 2 hours both bathrooms were gleaming and we were very happy. Don't know how they did it in such a short space of time or what products they used but it was amazing and well worth the money. 100% I will use Hello Services again and would highly recommend them to anybody for any cleaning service; you will not be disappointed.”
