How booking works
Talk to us privately
Call 020 8124 1823 about clutter, rooms and access. If comfortable, email photos or video to info@helloservices.co.uk, excluding personal documents and other people. We listen without judgement.

Benefits of a considerate hoarder clean-up
Reclaim usable space without pressure to discard valued belongings.
Reclaim usable rooms
Agreed sorting restores access to beds, seating and kitchen surfaces.
Clearer access
Fewer obstacles improve movement; serious fire risks need fire-service advice.
Reach covered surfaces
Decluttering exposes floors and fittings for intensive cleaning, rather than cleaning around piles.
Keep control
Keep-and-review categories protect possessions. Booked reorganisation supports daily use; it does not replace mental health care.

“I have used Hello Services before and when I bought this flat ( it needed a good clean before I shift in) I used them again, Angelique and her team are excellent and I'm very happy with the result. I will be booking them for the third time to clean my old flat after I actually move. Thank you Hello Cleaners.”

Brilliant end of tenancy cleaning from Loredana will recommend her
“Loredana came to my 3 bed 2 bath property in Berkshire today with her colleague for end of tenancy deep clean. She was prompt, arriving early, fully equipped with all she required to complete the job. She was really lovely, professional and worked meticulously and thoroughly. They both did a great job and asked me to check everything and addressed any things immediately ensuring that I was happy with the job before leaving and taking payment. They stuck to the agreed quote and did not add any additional costs as I have seen other companies do. The company kept me updated and responded to any queries in a reasonable time frame. I feel confident that if there were any issues both Loredana and Hello would have dealt with them professionally and promptly. Thank you 🙏”

“I was initially quoted £135 to deep clean a studio flat. On the day, 2 cleaners arrived and one of them proceeded to take pictures and saying the place is in a state (isn’t that why a deep clean is requested)? They left the property and I received a call from the company saying due to the grime, etc, it would cost another £200! I felt I wasn’t in a position to argue as it was my recently deceased brother who lived there and I had to clear it, so I paid and they came back. Apart from the attitude of the picture-taker, I have gone back today to check and I cannot fault their cleaning. Everywhere was spotless and all appliances smear-free. They cleared out at least 20 plastic carrier bags, and other sundries so 4 stars they’ve got. I think they should offer an in-person quote so they can see the condition and give an accurate quote.”

“The cleaner who attended was very polite, however he was not made aware fully of the services I paid for. For example I had a deep carpet clean and same for the stairs. He didn't know, so I had to show him on my booking. He did do it, but really should have known exactly what the service was. Felt like he was sent to do a job but not armed with the full information. The cleaning was to a good level, however I think price was a little on the high side.”

Amazing one-off deep clean
“We are over the moon with our one-off deep clean, the team (led by Mo, i think he said his name was!) turned up early and were done within 4 hours, we can't believe how much they got done in that time. They went absolutely above and beyond and cleaned inside cabinets/the fridge even though they were fairly full (we weren't expecting it!), took out our bins, cleaned the microwave - our oven also looks good as new. So impressed with the job and will definitely be using the service again!”

“We needed a deep clean of our mum’s property before it went on the market. Quote was prompt and the team arrived on the day at the time agreed. The property was cleaned immaculately and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, we would certainly use them again.”

Hoarder Cleaning in Newton Abbot: local guide
For central terraces or rural TQ13 cottages, plan retained storage before moving furniture. Share parking details and narrow-lane directions where relevant. Check your address with Teignbridge before arranging household waste services; an outcode alone is insufficient.
Plan around possessions and access
For cluttered house cleaning near the centre or station, describe the route between rooms and the entrance rather than assuming furniture will fit. During decluttering, identify paperwork, photographs and everyday essentials to retain. Rural bookings need clear directions and parking information so discreet cleaning can be planned around actual access.
Separate furniture decisions from cleaning
A hoarding clean-up need not mean discarding usable furniture. Keep a separate decision list before intensive cleaning. Teignbridge's reuse advice suggests repair, donation and resale, without guaranteeing acceptance. For a resident-arranged bulky collection, preparation instructions require items outside, empty, cleaned and covered against rain. Preserve a usable entrance when choosing their position.
Keep disposal routes distinct
Before house clearance planning, distinguish your own household recycling from booked removals. Brunel Road's restrictions include original address evidence, van-permit checks and no pedestrian access. Do not assume our removal vehicle can use household facilities. Thorough cleaning and waste transport need separate arrangements; retain documents you might need for your own visit.

ONS Price Index of Private RentsFrequently asked questions
Can I keep one room untouched?
Yes. Identify that room when discussing hoarder cleaners, and explain whether it holds retained belongings or provides a private place away from the work.
Can unwanted duvets join textile recycling?
Teignbridge's bedding guidance distinguishes duvets from covers: duvets go in the recycling centre's general waste container. Separate them during bedroom decluttering to avoid mixing materials.
What about larger household batteries?
For domestic clutter clearance, separate vacuum cleaner and laptop batteries. Council battery guidance directs these larger batteries to a recycling centre, rather than household recycling boxes.
Does Brunel Road accept every nearby resident?
No. Devon's centre guidance limits use to Devon County Council residents and excludes Torbay residents. Check your address before planning a household recycling trip.
Will staff unload heavy furniture there?
Do not rely on that. Brunel Road's assistance guidance says staff cannot lift excessively heavy or awkward loads; arrange appropriate help for your own visit.
Are local examples completed hoarder jobs?
No. Any displayed jobs, reviews or line items are comparable completed deep cleaning only, not evidence of completed hoarder cleaning jobs in Newton Abbot.
