We had a full competitive quote within an hour. They were easily able to accommodate the day we needed the clean to be done and so helpful when we needed to tweak the quote and the day. Communication has been brilliant throughout. On the day of the clean the ladies were very prompt and did a fabulous thorough job. I cannot recommend highly enough.”

They look really clean and the cleaners went the extra mile to clean the hall rugs too. They did miss some of the skirting boards and door frame tops, but willingly attended to these when it was noted. The hourly rate per person worked out rather high at just under £30 (I’d expect a maximum of £20) which makes me less likely to use the service for future interim cleaning. But, if on close inspection, everything is as clean as it looks so far, I’m happy to recommend Hello Services for a one off deep clean.”

We had the house (3 bed 2 bath) deep clean. They took about 6 hrs and left the house clean. They walked us around the house at the end to check if we’re happy with it and everything was cleaned properly. I think part of it is a luck as well, it depends on which cleaning persons/ company you’re getting.”
