Carpet Cleaning in Flackwell Heath

“I cannot recommend Cosmina and her team highly enough! They have done 5 to 6 deep cleans for me now, and I can say with absolute certainty that I will never use anyone else. They consistently go above and beyond. Their work ethic is absolutely unmatched—they are so hardworking, and every single time they visit, my home is left looking completely pristine and perfect. But what truly sets them apart is the energy they bring into your space. Cosmina and her team are so genuine, incredibly helpful, and exude such beautiful, good vibes. When they finish a clean, it’s not just that the space is physically spotless; the actual energetic vibe of my home feels amazing, clear, and totally uplifted. It is a joy to have such good people doing such incredible work. Thank you, Cosmina and team, for what you do. God bless you in abundance! ✨”

“INCREDIBLE. No other words. form the process of being quoted, confirmed and the job. Cosmina was on time, super communicative and I was blown away by the detail. My outdoor deck looked like a different place. I hired a deep cleaning for a new home and I will be working with them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Cosmina and Gabriela turned up right on time to clean 4 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and dining room. They were friendly, quick and thorough. I couldn't believe it when they completed it all in 2.5 hours. My house is spotless and smells lovely. They brought their own equipment and products and got on with the work right away. This is the first time I've booked a cleaning service and what a great experience. I'll definitely be using them again and happy to recommend them to friends and family. The whole process of booking the service, gentle reminders and right through to the completion of the job is so easy and amazing. Thank you!!”

“Had Cosmina and her colleague/maybe mum? do our end of tenancy clean today of just the communal areas. Tbh was cheapest service we could find, as we’re students. We were a bit nervous because of some of the mixed (and some fake sounding lol) reviews here. It may be dependent on cleaner, but we found they did a really great job, it was efficient and thorough- exactly what we wanted. Also the customer service emails beforehand were pretty speedy too. So yeah our experience was all round positive.”

“Accommodated me on a short notice on a weekend (literally within 4 hours). Cosmina and her team did a thorough job, especially with dirty oven, and left my newly moved in flat in a great condition. There were some minor things I discovered later but doesn’t take away from the proper job they did. I would definitely use them again.”

“I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello services on 04/03/26 . It was so easy to get a quote and make the booking, I had excellent communication with the team regarding some queries. Milad and his colleague arrived on within time, despite initially they went to a different postcode so I had to redirect them to my property. They finished in two hours and did a great job! I would be more satisfied if they paid attention in more detailed cleaning but otherwise all good.”

Mary F. · March 2026

“Milad and his assistant did an excellent pre-move deep clean of our new home, turned up on time, spent longer than expected and were very friendly - thanks so much. We were pleasantly surprised at how well each room was done and in particular how exhaustively they cleaned the kitchen and appliances. It was great to walk in after the clean and see not only a very clean home but very fresh smelling, like-new. Thank you!”
