“Loredana came to my 3 bed 2 bath property in Berkshire today with her colleague for end of tenancy deep clean. She was prompt, arriving early, fully equipped with all she required to complete the job. She was really lovely, professional and worked meticulously and thoroughly. They both did a great job and asked me to check everything and addressed any things immediately ensuring that I was happy with the job before leaving and taking payment. They stuck to the agreed quote and did not add any additional costs as I have seen other companies do. The company kept me updated and responded to any queries in a reasonable time frame. “Exceptional Service. Booked Hello Services to deep clean both our Bathrooms as they had years of grime, limescale, soap scum and discoloured grout on them. Despite the fact that we clean them weekly they just seemed to build up again very quickly and it was alot of effort to get them looking OK every week. Hello Services came in and within 2 hours both bathrooms were gleaming and we were very happy. Don't know how they did it in such a short space of time or what products they used but it was amazing and well worth the money. 100% I will use Hello Services again and would highly recommend them to anybody for any cleaning service; you will not be disappointed.”

“Booked a deep clean of kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet as my mother was moving into a care home. Expected the usual spray, wipe and brush but was totally unprepared for the excellent attention to detail, thorough cleaning and even degrease of high tiles behind the top greasy kitchen units.Extra areas also given attention and cupboards and drawers all dusted. The 3 men worked tirelessly for nearly 4 hours and the result was amazing- I have no problems recommending them to anyone wanting a 1st class service- sounds a bit trite and rehearsed but absolutely true!”

Was advised would take between 2-4 hours and thought price was reasonable considering amount of time & work to be done.
