Slough is a fast-turning town and most of what we do here reflects that: tenancy cleans on short notice, part-load moves in and out of shared and converted housing, and clearances between lets. Blocks along the Bath Road are managed buildings that ask for insurance documents and a booked service lift before a contractor is admitted, so we send the paperwork ahead rather than argue about it in a lobby.

The harder jobs are in the older wards near the centre, where houses have been divided, there is no allocated parking, and the only realistic plan is a legal stopping point and a two-person carry. Out at Cippenham, Britwell and Langley the housing is suburban and loading is straightforward. Slough Borough's own recycling centre at Chalvey serves Slough and Royal Borough residents on proof of address with restrictions on vans, and it does not take contractor waste — ours goes to a licensed transfer station with a note. Nothing here is inside the London ULEZ, but a job continuing into a London borough is.
