The main types of professional cleaning
End of tenancy cleaning
A thorough clean of an empty rented home at move-out, to the standard in the check-in inventory. It covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and inside windows in the rooms booked. It is From £155.
One-off deep cleaning
A top-to-bottom clean of a lived-in home, using the same room checklist as an end of tenancy clean. Good for a spring clean or a reset before regular cleaning. It is From £180.
After builders cleaning
Removing building dust and residue after renovation or building work, when the trades have finished. It is From £185.
Carpet and upholstery cleaning
Carpets cleaned per area with a hot water extraction machine. Not every mark or stain can be guaranteed to come out.

Oven and appliance cleaning
The cooker taken apart, parts soaked, scrubbed, degreased and reassembled. Extractors, fridges and washing machines can be added.
Typical job £165 — based on 226 completed jobs in the last 12 months.
Regular housekeeping and office cleaning
Repeat weekly or fortnightly cleaning for homes, and planned cleaning for workplaces. These are quoted per job.
How to choose the right clean
- Moving out of a rental? End of tenancy cleaning.
- Home needs a reset? A one-off deep clean.
- Just had work done? After builders cleaning, once the trades have left.
- Want it kept clean? Regular housekeeping.
- One problem area? Book the oven or carpets on their own.
What to check before booking
- What is included. Ask for the checklist, room by room.
- What is extra. Appliances, carpets and blinds are often separate.
- The full price. Including any fees at checkout and weekend surcharges.
- The guarantee. What happens if something is missed.
- Reviews. Recent reviews that mention the service you need.
Common mistakes
- Booking the wrong type of clean. A regular clean will not fix months of build-up.
- Assuming appliances are included. Check first.
- Not preparing. Clear surfaces and cupboards so the team can reach everything.
- Expecting mould removal. Mould cleaning is not included in our cleans.
How booking works with us
Choose your service, rooms and extras online and your price is shown before you confirm. The team brings its own products and equipment. If something on our checklist is missed after an end of tenancy clean, tell us within 72 hours and we come back to re-clean it.
Getting your home ready for any clean
- Clear surfaces, floors and the cupboards you want cleaned inside.
- Leave electricity and hot water on.
- Put away valuables and paperwork.
- Tell the company about access, parking and pets when you book.
Preparation matters because the team can only clean what it can reach. A clear room gets a more thorough clean than one where every surface is covered.
DIY or professional?
Everyday cleaning is easy to do yourself. Professional cleaning makes most sense for jobs that take a long time or need equipment: end of tenancy cleans, deep cleans, carpet cleaning with an extraction machine, dismantling and degreasing an oven, and clearing fine dust after building work.
