  preciate they call out they need to be able to access, but I didn't get any discount for them not doing it, and I managed to access myself. Generally OK.

I also don’t think the booking process allows for you to be specific enough about the job being quoted for in terms of size of rooms or dirt/grime level which meant my cleaning team left late as not enough time had been allocated which is not down to them at all! However, to reiterate the actual clean was brilliant, very happy!
