  End of Tenancy Clean

The end of tenancy clean was easy and straight forward to book. The team did a great job for the most part except for a two areas, but the team was swift in addressing my concerns as I highlighted them. Overall, David and his team did a great job and were friendly throughout!

  Quick service.

Ingrid LS12, thank you for your time! Edit: Wanted to add to this now the person has gone and is no longer pressuring me to write a review, which was what they did. They didn't tell me what to write, just to give a review. A man turned up, non uniformed and without a liveried van as per the websi… Read more

te, a subcontractor I'd guess which is fair enough. Had a domestic grade Vax to clean two small carpets, he was nice, did what he could with what he had. Off the shelf laundry products were used as apparently carpet cleaning solutions don't work, I was expecting a professional grade steam cleaning machine, which probably would have done it better. The carpets do look cleaner and landlord has agreed it will suffice for a return of deposit. So in terms of that, job is done. You get what you pay for though, as is the saying. Not overly impressed but people need to be paid for their time so I'll leave it at that and move on. Don't expect me to use this service again though.

  Poor start, great finish!

Unfortunately the cleaner did not arrive when scheduled, and I had to chase the company for an update. After several chases, I was told the cleaners vehicle had broken down. They were able to arrange to get someone else out 4 hours later. Justina and her partner arrived half an hour earlier than ex… Read more

pected and spent about 3 hours at the property. They did a fantastic job, and if it wasn’t for the earlier communication problem, I would have scored 5. The other positive is that my landlord was happy with the clean!

I recently used hello services for an end of tenancy clean. They were quick and efficient with quotes and booking, was able to squeeze me in last minuete. Fair price. agency charged us £50 for the remaining bits to be cleaned. I spoke with Hello services and they offered to refund me £50 which my agency took. So it effectively costed me nothing, but it could have been dealt with by having the clean done correctly. Overall for the service i received I was happy, however I do believe they charged more than its worth. I basically paid someone £85 an hour. But overall, if I needed this or that doing I would consider again as they offer much cheaper rates then everywhere else.

Very Happy with the job done!

I contacted Hello Services to clean the rental home I had lived in and was moving out of and I was really impressed by the overall job undertaken by the cleaners (Faraz & Manuela) who attended my property and would definately request them again as they were through and the property looked as good as new!

  Great Clean

After a shaky start, with cleaners being over an hour late with little update or communication the team arrived and completed a great job. My landlord was there to inspect the property upon completion of the clean and was happy with the job done and couldn’t find any issues.

The team did a great job of the end of tenancy cleaning. The house looks great. We would have given five stars if they hadn’t arrived late, giving the reason that you didn’t have a contact number prior to leaving.

  End of Tenancy Cleaning Service

Loqman and his team came to my property to conduct an end of tenancy cleaning. Most of the work cleaning had to be in the kitchen especially the oven and I must admit Loqman and his team did a great job. My oven look close to new.

  Great end of tenancy clean

I used their services for a one off end of tenancy clean by Smit. They arrived on time, they worked very quickly and left the flat clean. A couple of small things I would change would be slightly deeper clean of the floors but overall I was happy. I would recommend them and use them again.

Easy to book this service and good effort by the cleaners

Easy to book this service and lovely chaps who turned up. A few bits missed behind the bath and in the cupboards but nothing to complain about. Lovely job in the main areas e.g. oven, carpets, windows. Would use again at the next end of tenancy. This was a two bedroom house in Aldershot.

  My honest feedback

Got really upset when you cancelled my move on a really short notice and I ended up paying more than my quote for a 1 day delay, which wasn't my fault. I'm glad that my landlord accept this and I had a place to stay. However the driver was absolutely amazing, really nice and polite. And the agent w… Read more

Anna and team are efficient and friendly!

The cleaning team led by Anna did a great job in a short timespan. There were a few cobwebs we found about as we came back in to repaint some areas and some areas of wall in the kitchen left unclean which was honestly the fault of poor paintjob and not the cleaners, but fairly happy with the chances… Read more

The cleaners did a great job

The cleaners did a great job! They are arrived on time and were friendly. They gave me a walk around to show what they had done. It is worth noting, however, that this did not happen on another clean we arranged with this company. Also the cleaners would not clean the second oven even though when bo… Read more

Great end of tenancy clean - Reasonable price

No fuss and good quality cleaning

I used Hello Cleaning for my recent end-of-tenancy clean in Oxford. I found the quoting and booking process to be straightforward with good customer service and quick response time. End of tenancy clean

Booked for an end of tenancy clean. Vlasta and her colleague did a fantastic job in record time! h standard) with the carpet looking almost new. They even moved large furniture to clean underneath. Both Vlasta and her colleague were very professional and friendly. I hadn't moved all my belongings out when they arrived but this was not an issue for them. Very polite and appreciate them still working during the pandemic. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to pay to rearrange the booking. First I was told it would be £50 to rearrange less than 24 hours before, but this reduced £25 when I mentioned that in the confirmation email it does not mention anything about amending a booking, only cancelling a booking? (It would be not be an issue to charge for amendments but this should be made clear when booking!) Otherwise a great service and easy to book.
