Cleaner was really good left the house in a great condition, I booked this service for the first time for my end of tenancy cleaning. I will definitely be using again! Apart from one stain in the carpet, it looks like I never lived there!

I booked an end of tenancy cleaning with Hello services on 04/03/26 . It was so easy to get a quote and make the booking, I had excellent communication with the team regarding some queries. Milad and his colleague arrived on within time, despite initially they went to a different postcode so I had t… Read more

o redirect them to my property. They finished in two hours and did a great job! I would be more satisfied if they paid attention in more detailed cleaning but otherwise all good.

I really like how I can pick exactly which items needs to be cleaned when booking, and the website shows the price breakdown for each item. The team were a little late, but it was fair enough because the weather was very bad and they were very apologetic and easy to get in contact with, though I wou… Read more

ld have preferred if they had reached out to me when they knew there would be a delay. The work the did was fantastic. It was £230 for end of tenancy clean for two bed apartment, whereas another company quoted me £500! Was very pleased with the end result.

I booked Hello Services for both a Removal and an end of tenancy clean. I am only giving out 4 stars purely on a couple hiccups throughout. The removers were booked for Saturday morning but due to a van issue, they didn't show up. However Hello Services were incredibly quick and sorted out a removal… Read more

for the following morning, within 20 minutes of me calling. The removers were professional, kind and efficient, they dismantled the bed and rebuilt it and offered to take on more items than we had listed as there was still space in the van. In terms of the clean, Hello Services managed to bring this forward for me as the flat was empty earlier than anticipated. Mike and their team were thorough, all areas I had pointed out were taken care of, and they aded an extra room carpet clean as a last minute request. The kitchen in particular was sparkling, the oven looked brand new and cleaner than when I first moved in! Overall very very good company with a great customer service, they manage to employ some great contractors for these jobs at an incredible value, would recommend and use again!
