I was going to leave a 3 star score

I was going to leave a 3 star score, but one of the cleaners (there were three of them), who appeared to be the boss, went above and beyond in the kitchen. One of the three was.. lets say a little rushed. I have lots of expensive technical devices and screens on my work desk, all of which, without e… Read more

xception were strewn about the desk with no effort to return them to 'roughly thier original location. I am disabled and it takes me a while to re-arrange such items, and upon moving them, the desk was not cleaned properly. But.. as a deep clean experience, only the lounge let them down so a solid 3.5 star and I would recommend Hello Services.

  Gloucester team saved the day!

The Gloucester team came at very short notice when the booked team were unable to attend. They travelled 2 hours to fulfil the company's booking. The team of 2 were very friendly and worked well together. I had booked a deep clean as well as cleaning specific appliances and 2 sofas, so there was a… Read more

lot to do. They did very well and most things were done to a good standard. On closer inspection, after they left, there were some places that were missed but I feel this was just because they had a lot to do and still needed to drive 2 hours home so were rushed. Thank you for your hard work.

  LS6 Ingrid - Deep clean

I asked for a Deep clean on a 4 bedroom house. Ingrid was assigned to this clean. They did great job doing a deep clean. All the areas were cleaned as per the invoice. Happy with the result. There was a slight misunderstanding of the oven. On my half, I ordered a double oven clean thinking that… Read more

  Overall

Overall, this service was great for cleaning a student flat! Team Yamba was kind and courteous and would defenitly hire them again. The reason for not 5 stars and the deep clean was not perfect- neglated to clean some areas of the kitchen and bathrrom.

I was worried but they delivered

I had requested for a long list of cleaning services as part of a deep clean for the entire home. The day before I was told that there was no team available but Michael pushed to find a team for me. After an initial miscommunication with the cleaner and difficulties with the office, I was delighted with the results of my deep clean and would highly recommend the cleaner who did an amazing job with my fathers house which was very dirty after his passing. I can’t recall his name but he told me h… Read more

e covers Edinburgh & Glasgow for the company so would recommend him alone. Willing to forget the contact throughout the day with the main office though . Unlike the cleaner who was excellent they really need to brush up on their personal skills when dealing with customers

The two young men were lovely very friendly and nice to mum. However they were over an hour late. They did a very nice job on the flat but it only took them two hours possibly because we were not made aware that every single thing to be cleaned had to be listed. To me a deep clean means pretty much… Read more

everything. Although we were pleased, we feel that amount of money for two hours times two men is very expensive. I know the price is per job but if you work out the hourly rate it’s very high.

Great cleaning job at the end

I booked a deep cleaning service and at the end the cleaner did a good job! I think a lot of the stress and back and forth could have been avoided if the cleaner got the correct job description for the first time, this is something the company could improve on, but I appreciate the effort of sending… Read more

  Fantastic Deep Clean

The guys that cleaned our new house were great - punctual, pleasant and worked tirelessly. We had moved into an old house that hadn’t been lived in for 2 years and they helped to make it habitable again. I would certainly recommend them. Good value and a great service - thank you.
