Bogdan from Cambridge was exceptionally good. He went above and beyond our expectations, he cleaned every part of the house we requested and the carpets look brand new, as well as the taps, toilet and everywhere else. The cleaners Constantin and arrived in time and never stopped until the work was completed to the best of their ability. I would recommend a more upgraded carpet cleaner as I was hoping for a hot steam cleaner to penetrate areas or heavy foot traffic on the carpet. They never gave up until the look was more space saving. I can now access the office area to study My degree coursework at home. All accumulated rubbish was kindly removed.

Really good company . Came out and let themselves in to clean with minimum fuss as I couldn't get the day off work. Did a great job of the bedroom,bathroom and the carpet . My only criticism is you quoted to dust bedframe but when I checked underneath mattress it was still dusty . I also checked the skirting behind headboard and bedside cabinet and that had been missed too. However I'm not sure if under the mattress and behind the headboard is included. I would have pulled the mattress off and pulled the bed out if I had known so you could have got to it . Not to worry I ran the hoover behind it quick enough. Still very happy as it saved me a lot of hassle just before Christmas. Thank you

We had them out to clean carpets and furniture … arrived on time(actually early) explained what they were doing , wore shoe covers and brought in the equipment needed . The cleaner was honest and attentive. Cleaned up carefully prior to leaving Will certainly use them again

I used Hello services after having flat renovated before moving in. Booking was easy and I needed to change the booking a couple of times as work had not finished. Jose was punctual, polite and friendly. He paid great attention to detail and persisted in getting some stains out of my carpets.Tge standard of cleaning was excellent and it was lovely to move all my furniture into a clean and fresh flat I would highly recommend and definitely use hello services and specifically Jose again

Great company to deal with from start to finish. They had a very challenging clean of a very dirty property. It included carpet cleaning and curtain steaming. The outcome was that the property is now fit for habitation, it is clean, bathrooms are sparkling and kitchen including all appliances are like new. Thank you so much. Excellent job, highly recommended. They cleaned our old carpets, kitchen and conservatory at the end of our tenancy. Conservatory was a difficult job with lots of cobwebs high up. Left the place looking like new.

Ismail and Ali were great. My father (92) moved house a week ago. The house was left in a disgusting state by the previous occupant and needed a thorough clean. Ismail and Ali arrived on time, were polite, professional, efficient and kind and patient with my father. They did a fantastic job especially on the carpets. They also completed the job in less time than I had expected.all in all a harass free experience. I would highly recommend them.

The fact that the service was early and the job was tackled with no hesitation ,completed promptly to my complete satisfaction.

I did all the arrangements online the payment and the information was very easy and they were able to come the next day. Ali turned up exactly on time at 8 o’clock and he was very friendly helpful clean and careful. The carpets look lovely I’m v pleased thank you.

I checked the reviews. And i contacted them. A guy named arthur did easy pizzy. I tried to stamp on my feet to the carpet and yes he did it no dust at all..

Sardar and his nephew came along today and worked on my 4 bed with all appliances and carpets and I can’t recognise the house anymore I would’ve never believed it to be so clean and there professionalism was amazing really nice and kind offered to help with other things that weren’t there job all in all amazing pair

Jose was polite, extremely tidy and did the most fantastic job on all carpets and rug cleaned. Highly recommend.

Overall quite clean, done lots of work on mattresses and carpets. Carpets remained quite dirty, which is likely to do with the carpets, rather than cleaning. Mattresses became much cleaner. Though some areas were not cleaned - e.g. on top of kitchen counters. I have cleaned myself after. originally I booked for before I move the furniture in, but they cancelled on the day.

Quick/ thorough and professional service. They moved all items out of the way of the carpet to clean them and put them back which was really helpful. Carpets look absolutely great.

Ordered a full clean; carpets, windows, bathroom, kitchen ( with appliances ). Not long after putting the cleaning request, I was contacted by Hannah, one of the team that we were assigned. She and her colleague showed up at the agreed time frame and promptly got to work in a professional and courteous manner while my partner looked after our dog. After a few hours in 30°c weather our house has honestly never looked do clean and presented in the 5 years we've been in our rented home. I couldn't rate their service high enough and they honestly deserve the fee they charge. Absolutely phenomenal service. I would 100% recommend them.
