Negative they were late. I had to call to chase. Positive my house was a filled with builders dust everywhere. 3 cleaners arrived and cleaned the my ex building site back to a house to lay carpet. Yes very happy with the service and would recommend. Wish I had photos.

Hello Services were very efficient and the person who came to do the carpets was excellent. One small thing was that I had put in online what I needed doing and apparently unbeknown to me it wasn't complete so I didn't have all the work done that I initially required but happy with final outcome

The cleaning completed was very good, carpet steaming very successful and the shower room limescale had disappeared. Overall very happy and the ladies were polite and super efficient. Would recommend and use again

Omar turned up on time, was very personable, and cracked straight on with the job, which was completed in what seemed to me to be no time at all. Carpets looked much better and 'improved' again when they were dry, in a couple of hours.

Hello Services did a fantastic job in my bungalow. The windows sparkle inside, there are no fingerprints anywhere and my lounge carpet looks new. Even my garage, which was full of cobwebs, is clean enough to eat in. I would totally recommend them. Lovely people, excellent workers.

Rasaq + 1 cleaned my 2 bed property yesterday. They arrived with everything they could possibly need to carry out the job and worked efficiently until the job was completed. They listened to me regarding areas that needed a lot of attention and checked back with me to make sure I was happy with their work and took years of dirt and grime out of the carpets. The house now feels clean and fresh again. Thank you.

This is the second time I’ve used this service and it was excellent . They arrived on time and were very professional and the result was very pleasing as well. This carpet on the stairs has been there for 15 years and it looks new again .

Fantastic cleaning service of a couch and carpet. Given the couch a new lease of life! Stains in carpet all removed, perfect! Process for booking and updates all seamless. Definitely worth the 5 stars

Great service! I thought I booked both carpet and upholstery cleaning but it turned out they only had me down for carpet, still they managed to updated my quote and accommodate me. Both Mohammad and Hannah were thorough with the cleaning and very considerate of the fact that I was working in the other room. They did come quite a bit earlier than agreed which could've been an issue, but I was working from home and it turned out way better this way timing wise. 10/10 recommended!

I ordered for my carpets to be cleaned having just moved into my new flat. The quote and booking process was very quick and it was clear which is important for me. Two cleaners turned up on a Saturday morning on time and were very efficient and thorough at cleaning and making the carpets smell fresh so I would use Hello Services again.

I was very pleased with my clean had the end of tennancy clean.the two young men did an excellent job went above and beyond they started at 3 finished at 10.and when i had look everything was very clean and carpet smelt clean and fresh. Couldn't fault them .kitchen units cleaned inside out.they did everything they said they would so well done lads keep up the good work.

Ali and Ishmael were great, they got some stubborn stains out of a carpet and left the house looking better than it has in ages. My only complaint was that I booked them to be here at 9 and the day before they had to rearrange to be here in the early afternoon instead. This was still communicated well though and I'd recommend them
