The cleaning was excellent. During the booking they need to clarify the issue of the size of the windows and prices, to avoid surprises in the day of the cleaning. In any case, the place was left spotless.

We had an amazing experience with hello cleaners. We had just moved into a new house which was pretty rough and ready and they made it look, feel and smell amazing. Thank you! We will absolutely book again!

You arrived on time as arranged and managed to clean accessible areas of the house, despite the conditions in the house, no hot water and a builder in the midst to allow me to come home for isolation from abroad. I appreciate being able to rely on your service.

Ludwig and his team was very friendly and professional. They did an extremely thorough clean of the house, and moved furniture in order to clean under it despite this not being part of the service as advertised.

The cleaners were punctual, professional and friendly. For a deep clean, I think the corners of the ceilings should be done to get rid of any cobwebs. My husband & I still found cobwebs and dead spiders in corners and in some of the cupboards (it's a new house). In addition, the external porch door… Read more

The cleaning was great but not the tech devices . Keep getting invoices to pay for the cleaning which I’ve already paid . The online tech services were slow unhelpful and at times rude .
