There are some pretty bad reviews on this company so I will be simple, straight forward and honest. I paid for an End Of Tenancy Deep Clean for my rental property with Hello Services. tment (11AM) I got a call from a lady to say she was travelling from Leeds (2 hours and 30 minutes away!!) and they would be with me at 1PM. No problem at all, but really, no extra expense discussed due to the travel? This was Leeds to Wales! Vlasta and another lady turned up (didn't get her name as I had other things to be getting on with). To put things short - like other reviews, yes these girls are quick - 3 bed cottage and done in 3 hours, however - read on..... What a super job! every room, every window, every carpet, every surface immaculate. I have no idea how they did what they did in that short time, but believe me, the job they did was amazing. The oven looks brand new! I could not fault anything. Thank you ladies.

like the floor being too old and even did parts I wasn't expecting like the boiler cupboard. They were friendly and professional and the place looks almost completely different, I would definitely recommend them.
