We had a great experience with Hello service. Easy to book/pay online and they found tenancy cleaning with Briar & Rebwar for the next day and time we asked for. They did an outstanding clean on a pretty marked up flat. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend this service.

I booked a deep clean thinking appliances and furniture would be moved but this wasn’t the case. I also asked for 2x blinds to be cleaned but was told this wasn’t able to be done either

Everything was absolutely brilliant can’t fault the cleaning. The only thing was the fridge hadn’t been cleaned. This could have been my fault. Maybe I had to click on that too. If that’s the cases apologies. But the cleaning was to a very high standard

Adriane was friendly, efficient, tidied up and worked very hard and competently to complete our cleaning jobs. The booking was straightforward and reminders you sent were reassuring, as I had not used your service before and was not sure what to expect. Thankyou.

The quality of the clean was very good and I was very pleased with the service from start to finish

We had issues with them arriving on time and then confusion with another job which meant our cleaning started 1.5 hours late and impacted our day. The clean itself was great, so we were happy with that.

Good value, responsive customer service, good quality. Had a small thing of the hob and extractor fan being classed as two separate appliances to clean which felt unnecessary but otherwise very fair
