  Picture hanging

Sulltan and Adam did a fantastic job hanging 18 pictures in my new flat. The pictures are all very special to me and it has made my flat feel just like home. They were very polite and helpful and between us we worked out the best places for them to go, and they look beautiful.

  Highly Recommend!

I cannot praise the gentlemen who did my move enough! They were so professional and lovely. Even getting a bit lost (not their fault - we also got lost trying to find the new property the first time) they managed to pull the whole job off in under the 4 hours I originally paid for. I had been entire… Read more

ly ready to pay for another hour, but no need! They didn't moan about the stairs at the new property, just got on with it and got the job done amazingly. They deserve the world and I'm sorry I can't remember their names to praise them individually.

Nicole and Marius did a great job

I couldn't recommend Nicole and Marius enough, they were: very professional; understood and made clear any requirements before starting; and did and extremely good job given the circumstances.

  I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning…

I booked an end-of-tenancy cleaning from Hello Services, the cleaner who came by was friendly and gave the flat a good cleaning - but then the renting agency pointed out some areas that didn't meet their criteria. I got in touch with Hello Services again, they gave some explanations (Covid-19 restri… Read more

ctions etc.), but then efficiently sent the cleaner back to rework on the flat, the renting agency was happy with the result in the end. These cleaning jobs aren't rocket science and sometimes different people may have different standards (which they may not communicate clearly enough!!), what you need is a company that is helpful and responsive and has the goodwill to deliver satisfactory services to the clients. Thanks, Hello Services!

Fabulous cleaning and super clean carpets

Just had a 2 bed flat deep cleaned and carpets steam cleaned. The cleaners did an amazing job, moving furniture, hoovering everywhere twice, deep cleaning bathrooms, windows and living spaces. The flat looks sparkling clean now and the carpets are back to their original colour. What a super service.

Perfect End of Tenancy cleaning service

Good communication from the head cleaner Tina and she and her team completed the job quicker than anticipated, with no effect on the overall result (my check-out inspection passed!). Very happy with the all-round service.

The job completed was efficient and very thorough. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning the flat and I don't think it's ever looked so clean. Would highly recommend them.
