Ismael and Ali were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job cleaning a disgusting oven and extractor that we inherited when we moved in.

Jose and his helper (sorry not know her name but needs to be mentioned), did a marvellous end of tenancy for me. Everything was sparkling clean and can’t praise them enough.

They went out of their way both to get here- there was a crucial road closed- and also when doing the job. The cleaning was assiduous and professional and they double checked exactly what was required. This is the second time I’ve used Hello services and I will continue as needs across various properties. Sardar was meticulous and very helpful.

Booked a deep cleaning service for my kitchen appliances. Sardar arrived on time and did a great job at cleaning the appliances in less than 3 hours. My range cookers are now as fresh as new. Highly recommend especially with its competitive price.

Jose and Maria were great! They did a fantastic job cleaning. Everything from limescale to dust was spotless by the end. They were both very thorough and professional. Jose was especially friendly and easy to talk to, highly recommend. :)

Sardar was fantastic with great attention to detail. We live in an old and not very straightforward house, and he cleaned it from top to bottom, including removing old grime, mould etc. exceeded expectations. Would recommend!

Ismael amd Ali were very lovely, they did a good job, they communicated well with time of arrival and did a tour show the work that had been completed. They also rectified any issues ie only 1 mirror but overall service was good. They were efficient in their work and brought a new shine to my oven. Happy with the service provided.

Good value - landlord happy! We have a really good experience, the property was cleaned to a good standard, no complaints raised by the landlord. Found customer service really responsive when booking and making changes to the invoice. The invoice itself was clearly laid out and easy to understand. A competitive price as well. Luckily we didn't need the guarantee but was essential that we had one.

This is my second time using this cleaning service for a post tenancy clean. The two cleaners worked so hard and the place was sparkling when they had finished. There is an easy booking system and the cleaners were punctual and friendly. Highly recommended.

This was an end of tenancy clean which I booked at short notice and I was pleased that the office got back to me quickly. The two cleaners Ali and Ismael turned up on time and were polite and friendly. They made a great job of cleaning the oven and the carpets , both of which were very dirty.

Constantine did a really good and quick job, communicated everything well and I’m really happy with the outcome :)
