Team were on time and delivered a deep clean at an exceptional level. Managed to get stains out of carpets that I thought would always be there. I'd highly recommend.

  Thank you!

My grandad booked a deep clean in cardiff area with this company and the clean was impeccable. He was contacted the day before the clean and the lady introduced who she was and arranged a more suitable time for him. Grandad said they really made themselves at home there, chatting to him, listening… Read more

to his stories. It was so nice for him to have that company for a while. The flat was cleaned, every inch and even cleaned his cooker and microwave for free. We just wish they did weekly cleaning as grandad warmed to them and is weary of booking with someone else for his cleaning. Reading mixed reviews on here but we can honestly say the clean amazing. And grandads very happy. I’m sure he said the cleaners name Was Hanna. We will definitely book again.

Superb deep clean of a house ready to sell- 1st class service

Booked a deep clean of kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet as my mother was moving into a care home. Expected the usual spray, wipe and brush but was totally unprepared for the excellent attention to detail, thorough cleaning and even degrease of high tiles behind the top greasy kit… Read more

chen units.Extra areas also given attention and cupboards and drawers all dusted. The 3 men worked tirelessly for nearly 4 hours and the result was amazing- I have no problems recommending them to anyone wanting a 1st class service- sounds a bit trite and rehearsed but absolutely true!

Adam and his Team were Excellent

Adam and his team were excellent I have read a few of the Reviews on here however to be honest we had a brilliant service from Adam and his team. completely happy. They called when they were on the way, brought all of their own cleaning products and accessories and managed to remove the build up of limescale as our property is in a hard water area. We are a genuine customer and would definetly use them again without question.

Brilliant work from Stan & Adriana!

I booked for a house deep cleaning job with Hello. They called on the day to say the cleaner was ill. But after the… Read more

job was done, I cannot but give full 5 stars for the team which did it. Constantin, his wife Adriana and their team did a marvellous job! So if you live in West Midlands and this team (from Oldbury) is assigned to your job, I am sure will get your money's worth... or even more. Totally recommended!

  Great Deep Clean Service

Booked in for a one-off deep clean. The house has never been cleaner! Halwest and his colleague cleaned everything thoroughly and gave a walk through at the end to check things over and make sure we were happy. I'm delighted, and the house looks great after this much needed refresh.

The two young men were lovely very friendly and nice to mum. However they were over an hour late. They did a very nice job on the flat but it only took them two hours possibly because we were not made aware that every single thing to be cleaned had to be listed. To me a deep clean means pretty much… Read more

everything. Although we were pleased, we feel that amount of money for two hours times two men is very expensive. I know the price is per job but if you work out the hourly rate it’s very high.
