  Erik was superb

Erik was superb! Polite and friendly, arrived on time and did a great job (5 star rating for him). The only reason for 4 star and not 5 overall is for the carpet cleaning machine which is not really sufficient for heavy traffic areas, although Erik did his best.

ed the process clearly, and used powerful equipment that left my carpets looking almost brand new—especially in high-traffic areas that I thought were beyond saving! The whole house smelled fresher, defo exceeded my expectations. They also offered helpful aftercare advice and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. Pricing was fair and fully explained upfront—no hidden costs. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and top-quality carpet cleaning company in the area, I’d definitely recommend Hello Services. Will be booking them again in the future! Big shoutout to Helen and Avo 👍🏽
