The team did a great job of the end of tenancy cleaning. The house looks great. We would have given five stars if they hadn’t arrived late, giving the reason that you didn’t have a contact number prior to leaving.

  Excellent End of Tenancy Clean!

The property ended up cleaner than when we moved in! Jose & Co did such a thorough job and he was also really friendly. I have chronic pain and was having a flare up that day and generally just stressed but he was very nice and considerate of that. He kept me invoked during the clean and went throug… Read more

h it with me after. Very professional and also human! It can be a bit daunting having strangers around you but by thenend Jose felt like a friend. The only constructive feedback I have is for the initial contact with the company - they didn't tell me what condition an oven was expected to be in so I did end up paying extra on the day to have it cleaned basically back to brand new - it was worth it, but it would've been good to know what was expected beforehand, as I could've tried to do more of a clean on it myself. They did call me and apologise for not being clearer and I really appreciated that. I would definitely recommend Jose to any friends and family in the area.

Great end of tenancy clean !

Jaber and the Hello Services team were amazing. I booked for an end of tenancy clean and arrived back home to see everything looking good as new. They took time and care to clean it, especially the oven which I’ve never seen cleaner. I have had great communication from the team and they are quick to respond always.
