I contacted Hello Services last Friday afternoon after being let down by estate agent organised pre cleaning of a rental property I was due to move into following my own house being flooded. I was immediately given an appt for the following morning! Joel & his team arrived at 9 as arranged & did a fantastic job. They were thorough, professional, friendly & most understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend them

The movers were very friendly, professional, on time, and moved everything with great concern and aplomb. They did not rush or hurry anything, thinking about the duration they were initially booked for. They were also not fussy on any extra payment for extra half an hour they had to put in, although I paid them extra, as they should have been paid. A wonderful experience overall. I would definitely recommend them again !!

I used hello vans to move some of my stuff and really enjoyed the service. They were punctual, quick, organised, discret and yet super nice guys ! All the fees were discussed and agreed in advance. They added nothing. I recommend them 100%

I have used Hello Services before, and I trusted them to do the work again. I contacted the team and asked if Sulltan had time, because he is one of their best ‘handy men’ and he is polite, tidy and always works hard.

I booked Hello Services for some IKEA closet assembly. The whole booking process was incredibly smooth, professional and well documented. I was kept updated at every step. But more importantly, Samuel who turned up was a real gem of a guy! He did a fantastic job assembling all the IKEA wardrobes and even helped me rearrange the room and cleaned up after himself! I can’t praise him highly enough. Great job!

Arrived late due to delays caused by clients at a previous job (it happens!) but this was clearly communicated and an accurate estimated time of arrival was provided, allowing me to get on with other things without waiting around for them. Very polite and friendly even when job was not as they were expecting (end of tenancy in a furnished apartment rather than unfurnished). I'd recommend them

I booked Handyman to put together 2 double wardrobes, the gentleman who came too do the was Andy he was excellent in all respects, polite, diligent, he had all the tools required for the job and finished in 4 hrs. I booked an after builders' clean for my new extension. The company was very professional and efficient. It was easy to communicate with them via email or telephone. They kept me updated every step of the way. Their cleaners were punctual, polite and respectful, and did an excellent cleaning job! I had a pleasant experience and would strongly recommend them.

Had a good experience with Hello Services. A short notice deep clean at my mum's house while she was in hospital. The cleaners arrived late but warned me in advance and it was not a problem for me. They did a good job on a very long overdue clean, with five rescue cats and all the challenges that brings.

Fantastic experience with Hello Cleaners, and Sardar & his colleague who did a brilliant job. We went for a one off deep clean, and they showed up on time, were clued up on what we wanted done, and really did a thorough job. Definitely will use again and recommend to others!

Amazing service. They dismantled and removed and old running machine for me. It was very heavy. They were very careful of my mosaic floors on the hall. Very easy to use. They were very responsive to book. Arrived promptly and were fast and efficient. I recommend them.

Booked a deep clean on a new rental property. Excellent service, on time, kept me well informed throughout. Did a thorough job including removing a bad limescale build up in the toilet bowl, courteous respectful and professional team. Very happy with the clean they did.

For first time i used them Mustafa and his team they did absolutely wonderful and professional service I've tried much more companies but I've never see more professional job than Mustafa and his team job results which they make such a difference for me

I don't have much experience with moving companies in London but WOW this is a standard of service I didn't even dream of. Reasonably priced, efficient and professional. Next time I need my apartment moved in 2 hours I'll definitely contact you again!

I was initially apprehensive after reading some reviews but the 2 men turned up 10 minutes early and did not stop working for 2 solid hours on a hot day and were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend them.5 star x
