I don’t normally bother with reviews but I think I owed it to these guys and they deserve one in my opinion. I have quite a few properties which need to be cleaned before a new tenant will move in, so I have used so many cleaning services over the years which I have not been quite happy with, so I keep changing companies until I came a cross ( hello services ). They got it right the first time! I must admit they have done such a fantastic job that I was very impressed. The difference they have made to the house Was major! I have been using there services ever since and never haven’t looked back. They are really hard working people and worth every penny. I Would recommend highly.

Booked them for one Bed Flat move from Hammersmith to Epsom. They packed all my stuff and loaded in less than 2 hours. I was also able to travel in the van to the destination. Thanks to Alan and his colleague. Forgot his name.

I had a very positive experience with HelloService. I first used their service two years ago for the end of tenancy cleaning of my flat in Edinburgh, where I had lived for six years. I was quite nervous, as the property had been occupied for a long time, but HelloService delivered a very high standard of cleaning. The end of tenancy inspection was passed at the first attempt, and both my landlord and I were very satisfied with the result. I was genuinely impressed. More recently, when I needed an end of tenancy clean for my flat in Cambridge, I did not hesitate to contact HelloService again. I was pleased that they still had my records and even offered a returning customer discount. Although the price was slightly higher than before, I was happy to proceed given my previous experience, especially as they provide a seven-day guarantee, which not many companies offer. While the first team did not fully meet the expected standard, the company responded quickly and arranged a re-clean the very next day. I really appreciated this prompt response. Denisse and her team in Cambridge delivered an excellent service. They carefully followed the checkout report, addressed all the issues in detail and carried out a thorough clean across the entire flat. The overall standard was very high and the property is now in very good condition. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness and reliability of the company. I also enquired about a regular monthly cleaning service and, although this is not something they currently offer, I would certainly have considered using them for this as well. This is not the first time I have used HelloService and my experience has consistently been positive. I would highly recommend their services and would happily use them again in the future.

Really easy & straight forward website to get services booked in, with lots of choice for all cleaning required. Good communication from the customer services team. The two male cleaners were friendly and provided a professional and fantastic deep clean service. Outstanding result and the house looks pristine, the oven is so clean it looks brand new. Equally the fridge & freezer clean was also brilliant. They used my wood floor cleaner for my new wood floors which I really appreciated. The house looks so good and extremely happy & satisfied with the job they did. I have had health issues so the deep clean service was very helpful for me and my puppy. I would highly recommend this team for deep cleaning services, excellent value for money. Definitely a 5 star service, just absolutely brilliant as the house looks like a million dollars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just started working for this company a few months ago and I have to say in my whole 16yrs of being a Subcontractor I have yet to work for a company so enjoyable! Hellocleaners is by far one of the best companies I have worked for! They are patient kind and informative! If any situation arises about payment or job leads there is always a calm resolution with them! Never pushy or demanding always respectful and understanding! Great service from Ingrid and other person whose name I did not catch. Really good professional job and done in just two hours which was quicker than I thought. Adriano and Constantin professionally cleaned my flat at the end of tenancy. Both great and friendly, did an amazing job with the place and very quick too. Would highly recommend if you are wanting to avoid any further landlord end of tenancy cleaning fees and get your full deposit back.

Constantin and Adriana who deep cleaned my flat did excellent work. They were courteous and hard working. They completed everything that I asked of them, and they did the work in good time with it looking spotless! What more could you ask of them? Nothing in my books!

Milad and his assistant did an excellent pre-move deep clean of our new home, turned up on time, spent longer than expected and were very friendly - thanks so much. We were pleasantly surprised at how well each room was done and in particular how exhaustively they cleaned the kitchen and appliances. It was great to walk in after the clean and see not only a very clean home but very fresh smelling, like-new. Thank you!

Constantin and Adriana have just finished a fantastic job at the flat I have just moved out of. Looks absolutely stunning, they went above and beyond, even did a little more than they needed to! They clearly take pride in their work, thank you!

Uki and Ben helped to clean my flat following a large and mess kitchen renovation. They did a fantastic job considering the dust and mess. I came back after a couple of hours to a clean and liveable home. I cannot thank them enough!

The team of three young lads arrived from HELLO SERVICES at the scheduled time and started work to deep clean straight away. They were courteous, polite, very professional treated us and our bungalow and contents with the greatest respect. Also, they obviously had great pride in their work and turned our dull bungalow into a sparkling paradise. The booking process was easy, and their communication was good with both emails, phone calls and reminders. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. It was well worth the money we paid and was a great experience.

I never used them before but after trying some locals companies and not been given any quote after 4 days, hello services gave us a quote and a day in less than 2 hours. Sardar was very helpful and patience as he need it to wait for me to reach the location, explain all he was to do and spot on the timing. Recommended!

Really easy to book and great communication through the whole process. Erik arrived promptly at my parents flat as we had booked an end of lease deep clean, and very pleased with the cleaning, looks like new, Erik was polite and did a great Job, would definitely recommend and use again.

Booked the Gloucestershire team last minute to clean most of a 3-bedroom house left in a state by a flatmate. The 2-man team did an incredible job getting both bathrooms, the hallways, the living room & the kitchen + appliances clean, alongside the doors and windows. Would absolutely have again!

They never gave up until the look was more space saving. I can now access the office area to study My degree coursework at home. All accumulated rubbish was kindly removed.

Excellent job. Just moved house and they were very flexible with timings and priorities when it comes to cleaning. They made everything look like new, including the carpets, kitchen utilities and everything else.

Booking was straightforward and courteous. I wasn’t there for the clean itself (it’s an empty flat I’m selling after a death) but using the lockbox as they were instructed seems to have gone smoothly. They sent me photos afterwards which looked great, the clean seems to have been thorough enough. The estate agents report that it’s made all the difference.
