I had a one off deep clean in South Wales. I am renting my house and needed it before the tenants moved in. 2 women came to clear the property, they were friendly, informative and lovey. They did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable. Would recommend and use again.

Really pleased with the service and results. We had a deep clean throughout ( - the photos don’t do it justice), including having the lounge carpet shampooed and oven cleaned. Everything looked immaculate after Konstantin and Mariana had finished. I had my reservations after seeing some negative rev… Read more

Hello Services has under its umbrella a number of individual cleaning companies and so one doesn’t know who is coming until on the day. Once used it is possible to request the same group of cleaners if one was happy first time round. I would request the same three cleaners again who did a deep clean… Read more

for me recently after some heavy building work. However, one star was knocked off as some high ledges had been not cleaned, still thick with builder’s dust. Overall, what was cleaned was cleaned extremely well.

I booked a deep clean at the weekend and was able to get someone in the next day and they did an amazing job. The house was spotless when they finished, and they went over and above, even cleaning a small carpet I'd forgotten to tell them about. Thank you! I will be using them again.

I was initially quoted £135 to deep clean a studio flat. On the day, 2 cleaners arrived and one of them proceeded to take pictures and saying the place is in a state (isn’t that why a deep clean is requested)? They left the property and I received a call from the company saying due to the grime, etc… Read more

, it would cost another £200! I felt I wasn’t in a position to argue as it was my recently deceased brother who lived there and I had to clear it, so I paid and they came back. Apart from the attitude of the picture-taker, I have gone back today to check and I cannot fault their cleaning. Everywhere was spotless and all appliances smear-free. They cleared out at least 20 plastic carrier bags, and other sundries so 4 stars they’ve got. I think they should offer an in-person quote so they can see the condition and give an accurate quote.
