I would recommend hellovans to everyone for moving services. The whole process was very smooth, starting with very reasonable quote, responsive with emails and phone calls and rescheduling without any fees. On the day of moving, two lovely gentleman arrived before time and very professional throughout. Highly recommended.

Used this company for assembly of a pair of sliding mirrored IKEA doors on a cupboard. I normally enjoy my DIY and assemble things myself but these are very complex and tricky to put together, especially if you are on your own. The guys arrived on time, were friendly & polite, they assembled the doors and even fixed the cupboard to the wall in good time and end result looks amazing. Thank you Hellohandy!

We ordered two men with a van fro their Hello Vans site, we had a confirmation of the booking straight and the movers contacted us few hours after the booking. They arrived on time on the moving date. Amazing job was done. Really really helpful people.

I honestly don’t think my place has ever looked this clean — not even when I moved in! The team was right on time, super friendly, and worked like a well-oiled machine. Every corner sparkled, every surface gleamed, and even the air smelled cleaner. They didn’t miss a single detail — even folded the loo roll like a hotel! Bonus points for using products that actually smelled nice and not like a chemical lab. I’ve already booked them again for next month. Worth every penny. If you’re on the fence — just book them. You’ll be wondering why you didn’t sooner.

Fantastic service provided. The cleaning was very efficient and of high quality. They made sure I was satisfied prior to their departure. Good communication and very friendly, despite the challenging logistics upon entry to the flat due to heavy roadworks etc.

Amazing fast and efficient service. Text message to confirm, message to remind, phone call on arrival. She came with equipment- as with all firms depends who you get, for the carpet clean we got a nice lady who did the job.

I just had my house cleaned by Ingrid (LS12). Everything is now clean and sparkly, ready for getting photograph taken by the estate agent tomorrow. Very pleased with the service and will book in the oven cleaning again before we move!

The best decision I’ve ever made. Hello services did an absolutely amazing job cleaning one of my houses for rent. The tenants didn’t look after the place at all, and I was on a very tight schedule and had to get the house cleaned for the new arrivals, I heard about the work tidy shines have done for others and emailed them about the job straight away and they took care of everything in a very professional manor. We were stressed under so much pressure. We found hello Seevices end of of tenancy cleaning to be very reasonable price. Booked online and the cleaners did amazing job. They were 45 mins late but it’s sometimes expected.

Fantastic outcome! I came home to a sparking home smelling fresh and looking brand new. This company was so easy to book with from start to finish. The Salar Team did such an amazing job at our house when we moved out. They went above and beyond to make sure it was thoroughly cleaned for the new owners and could not fault it, perfect service. I was worried about other negative views saying they had no shows so got in touch with Hello Services the day before and they put me in touch with the cleaning team so I had assurance they were coming. They arrived 10 minutes early so we were very impressed.

I booked Hello Services for an end of tenancy clean on March 3rd 2025. I was extremely impressed with Iasmina & Radu, they arrived at the booked time & I left them to it, they kindly gave me a call to confirm when they would finish so I could get back to them promptly. Not only was the whole house gleaming but it also smelled beautiful. They were friendly, professional people & I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Ismael and Ali cleaned the house at the end of tenancy. Although they arrived a bit later that scheduled (partly because of difficulty in finding the property) they worked efficiently and quickly and the house was ready in a 3 hours. They were a very friendly and amiable pair of workers.

They gave a range of well-priced alternatives for a van for a house move. The driver I selected was professional and very friendly.

I booked an end of tenancy clean with this company and they were fantastic. When Vicki arrived there was a bit of a disaster as typically there was no water! It had been turned off due to the property being vacant. She was extremely flexible and understanding and came back a few days later. She did a wonderful and thorough job, she was very friendly and responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending her in the future.

My driver was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond to help. There professionalism was incredible. There had been a mix up with company about dismantling furniture, but he did it anyone and didn't moan. He made my move a lot less stressful and they were all top guys. Thank you!!
