Everything was great but there was still a lot of limescale on one of the shower doors. I think it got overlooked

Could have been a 10 but they forgot to clean the washing machine and it’s trays. I also forgot to check it as focused on other things. I had to clean the trays during the handover so even though it’s a small matter but would have preferred not to do it.

The overall clean of the property was satisfactory as the job wasn't completed as per the quote/invoice. I didn't not feel the following jobs were completed: Clean and wipe down doors and the door frame; Clean and wipe light switches, remove finger print and dirt. The cleaners were also late, claiming they were given the wrong address beforehand hence the clean started 40mins after the booked time.

Professional and did a fantastic job of cleaning a flat after builders and old tenants. I'd be happy to use this service again in the future!

Very good clean

The cleaning we booked was for my grandmothers home. Both she and we were delighted with the outcome, it looked brilliant. The cleaners were so polite, kind and friendly and we could tell they worked incredibly hard - we wanted to give our biggest thanks. It made such a difference

The two gentleman worked really hard at 5 Warren close and did a smashing job. Would highly recommend those two men. I have already asked that my thanks are passed on to them both.

Although the cleaners were friendly, approachable and eager, they appeared rushed. They had spent 2 hours travelling to the destination and only two hours cleaning the house including the oven. This meant that after the initial check and on closer inspection, many of the skirting boards had not been dusted especially under radiators. Some radiators had cobwebs still hanging below. Dust also remained on doors where there were small ledges and behind curtains. The face of all kitchen cupboards had been wiped but the small ledges on the kitchen cupboards were still dirty.

The job done by Marcus and Nicole was absolutely impeccable. Great work and great team.
