The team did an excellent job, i would highly recommend.

Amazing. I was impressed by the careful cleaning of every detail. For example, I was really surprised that the inside of the shelves and the inside of the microwave were cleaned cleanly. It was a wonderful job and I was really impressed. If I have a chance to use it next time, I definitely want to use it. I'm really thankful to you.

I rely this to the tenants and it is their -Tenants score. They said your work is 10/10 but you were late, for that reason they score you 9/10.

The cleaner that i received was amazing.

Cleaning was perfect - rating as 9 as the crew were 45 mins late and we weren't notified until we called twice looking for an update.

Charles and Theodora were brilliant. The flat was not in a good way and they worked miracles on it going far beyond the basics. I was thrilled with the result and can never recommend them enough ....both outstanding. I doubt some of the things had been cleaned in 39 and three quarter years. Wonderful. Thank you

I might be mistaken but i believed the fridge and freezer would be cleaned as long as they were emptied and defrosted as per the invoice but when the cleaners came they said we had to pay extra for that so I cleaned them myself before the cleaners started. Would be good to know if that is correct or not

Friendly ladies. They talked through what i wanted doing and even made suggestions. Excellent job. Afterwards they clearly showed me everything that they had done. Friendly and hardworking.

The invoice and payment is very straight forward. The list of criteria was very clear. Cleaners came on time and very friendly. Found a few marks which were missed on the cupboard tops and skirting board but overall very happy with the clean. Will recommend and use again. Many thanks

Really good service and we are very happy with quality of cleaning - only minor things is that bleach was spilt on our bath and toilet mats which I have had to throw away - not a big problem but maybe a little more care required with bleach! :-)
