There was a breakdown in the morning which meant my cleaning would be delayed. I can’t remember his name but the man who came out to make sure the job got done did a brilliant job. It was apparent to me how much detail he took in the cleaning and wanted to make sure I was fully satisfied by the serv… Read more

The guys that came to my house for an end of tenancy clean worked non-stop from 830 to 5pm. They were polite and respectful. They took care of my furniture when cleaning it to ensure the velvet wasn’t damaged. Would 100% recommend.

The team were courteous, worked well and friendly. They did mention about regular cleans but unfortunately the price was extremely high. But the service you provided for the job in hand was fine. Thank you.

The girls that came were efficient, polite and hard working but due to an unforeseen incident weren’t the crew that were initially supposed to be doing the job. Consequently having had to travel from Southampton which is quite some distance away, didn’t arrive until 4.40pm meaning a late finish whic… Read more

The two young men who cleaned my cooker were polite and professional. The finished result was brilliant and they left the kitchen spotlessly clean. I would certainly recommend this company. Thank you

I wasn't there to see the end result, but the landlord was happy and that's the main thing. Good job, well done!

Once the cleaners had finished, they wanted to immediately leave. I barely have time to check their jobs and they are already waiting at the door - can’t wait to leave. The window frames are not properly cleaned and I asked for a re-wipe. But the re-wipe were not thorough. I had to clean them becaus… Read more

ce remains in tact, clean and smells good. I am so glad she was assigned to provide services for my home, I have told so many family, friends, colleagues etc about her good work. She did everything with a smile and gave me reassurance; checking if I was okay due to my health, she went above and beyond her duty. Thank you Hello Services-110%!!!!

They were professional, easy and helpful to work with. They advised me on the work required and the estimated time to complete it. They even managed to do a very tough oil stain from kitchen cabinet tops. This was impossible for me to clean. Would be happy to recommend them anytime.
